| In the era of China’s vigorous promotion of the "skills of craftsmen",as an important part of cultivating craftsmen in major countries,vocational education has always been valued by education administrative departments at all levels.Secondary vocational education is the most basic layer in vocational education.It has extraordinary significance for training a large number of grass-roots craftsmen.Therefore,the emphasis on practical operation ability of secondary vocational education is much higher than that of other levels of vocational education.China stipulates that secondary vocational students must receive one-year internship education.At the same time,the Ministry of Education has also issued "Vocational School Major(Class)Internship Standard",which regulates the internship of different professions.However,in the actual teaching activities of secondary vocational schools,due to the constraints of factors such as geography,industry,teachers,funds,management,etc.,not all secondary vocational schools can complete the internship teaching well.By investigating and studying the current situation of top-post internship teaching in vocational schools,we can find the advantages and disadvantages in teaching,which are of great practical significance for improving top-post internship teaching.The research mainly used the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview survey and other methods.After combing the results of domestic and foreign internship teaching research and clarifying the purpose,content and steps of the survey research,we formulated guidelines for students who participated in the internship.Teachers of internships and different survey methods of enterprises receiving internships,and produced corresponding questionnaires and visit programs.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,I have grasped the current status of top-post internship teaching in Guiyang women ’s vocational schools,analyzed the conformity and achievement of top-post internship teaching and training programs in teaching purposes,teaching methods,and teaching effects,and summarized the women in Guiyang The advantages and shortcomings in the teaching of internship in vocational schools.According to the analysis results,combined with the actual situation of Guiyang City Women ’s Vocational School,from the four perspectives of the government and industry authorities,enterprises,schools,and students,they proposed improvements to the internship teaching in order to promote the same situation.The secondary vocational schools in China can learn from and improve the teaching of top-post practice,which has a positive significance in promoting the reform of top-post practice in vocational schools,and also provides a good reference for subsequent research. |
