In recent years, National secondary vocationaleducation vigorously promote rapid development, through the"increase enrollment" program, the dimensions of secondaryvocational education has roughly the same as high school stage,toprovide the favorable guarantee for this goal of the foster tens ofthousands of high qualified workers and skilled personnel. However,from the statistics of the relevant data,the secondary vocationalschools increase enrollment meanwhile year by year,their graduatesin the course of employment reflected the low quality of employment,bad employment stability and less social sufficiently attractivephenomenon is still more obvious,These phenomena are reflectedthe secondary vocational education on the quality of personneltraining can not meet the social and market demand for the need ofskilled personnel in some extent. Therefor,when we promote thescale and number of secondary vocational education Personneltraining meanwhile,we still not ignore pay attention to it’s quality ofpersonnel training.And to enhance the quality of secondaryvocational education personnel training,First is to make an objective and realistic evaluation of secondary vocational school personneltraining quality, and discover the primal problem of affectingpersonnel training,then to find out practical way to solve theproblem.This article is through questionnaires, interviews and othermethods,to conducted questionnaire survey of262interns fromDalian Agricultural Science vocational and technical schools wherethe22of the principal leaders of the internship, the personnel director,grassroots managers,Dalian Agricultural Science vocational andtechnical schools,the mean content of questionnaire involved theevaluation from the internship for intern in the knowledge skills,attitude toward labor, professional ethics and other aspect.That thesurvey results show that these internships is basically satisfied withthe overall performance of the interns,but they still haveproblem,such as theoretical knowledge and cultural literacy isrelatively backward,poor performance of self-learning ability andemotional control,physical attribute can not adapt the power of workrequirements,lack of interest with the work theyundertaken,negative performance in the work,not seriously,withoutpatience,serious deficiencies in spirit of endure hardship and workhard and offer as a tribute,relieve guard continually and so on,the author attempts to analyze and summarized the causes of theproblem from four individuals, families, schools and social for theseproblem, and targeted proposed to optimize the professionalsettings,adjust the course structure and improve teachingmethods,improve the construction of teaching body,strengthen moraleducation,make good job in employment guidance and relevantrecommendations to build a platform for exchanges of family andschool about the secondary vocational school...
