Since the popularization of higher education,the quality of higher education has been highly concerned by researchers.Cultivating high-quality high-level talents is the most urgent demand for higher education in our country and society,and it is also the inexhaustible motive force for the development of higher education.In recent years,the quality evaluation paradigm of higher education has changed from emphasis on learning results to emphasis on learning process,and learning engagement,as an important evaluation method of learning process,has gradually attracted the attention and research of experts and scholars.It has also become an indispensable evaluation index to measure the quality of higher education.Students have to study,participate,invest,harvest,in order to ensure the quality of their study..Academic graduate students are high-level talents trained by our country.The quality and level of their education are of great significance and guarantee to the improvement of the quality of the whole higher education.Based on this,through the research of scholars at home and abroad on the input of learning,,combined with the current Henan University academic master's actual situation,form this research questionnaire.An empirical study was carried out on 1125 academic graduate students in Henan University.By testing the reliability and validity of the predictive questionnaire,we can see that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire in this study are good.In this study,SPSS24.0 software was used for descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the survey data,and the interview data were analyzed.This study mainly explores the present situation of academic investment in Henan University from five dimensions: the level of academic completion,the level of active cooperative learning,the level of teacher-student interaction,the level of campus environment support,and the level of rich learning experience.And explore the relationship between each dimension of learning engagement and learning harvest,as well as its main influencing factors.Through the survey data analysis and interview data processing,it is found that: firstly,the overall investment level of academic graduate students in Henan University is general.Secondly,the higher the investment of the academic master's students in Henan University,the greater the learning harvest,and the positive correlation between the two.Thirdly,the investment of academic graduate students in Henan University is influenced by personal factors,environmental factors and interpersonal factors.According to the specific survey results and the actual situation of academic master's education in Henan University at present,this study is based on the individual level,tutor level,school level and national,social and family level in order to improve the investment of academic master's students in Henan University.So,this paper puts forward some suggestions:From the individual level of graduate students,we should cultivate professional learning interest,strengthen learning motivation,strengthen self-management,make clear the goal of graduate student stage,set up subjective consciousness,and pay attention to cultivate the ability of active communication and cooperation.From the tutors' level,we should strengthen the teacher's main responsibility consciousness,give full play to the function of establishing moral and cultivating human beings,construct the learning community,reshape the interactive teaching mode,and establish the teacher-student relationship of democracy and equality and harmonious symbiosis.From the tutors' level,we should strengthen the teacher's main responsibility consciousness,give full play to the function of establishing moral and cultivating human beings,construct the learning community,reshape the interactive teaching mode,and establish the teacher-student relationship of democracy and equality and harmonious symbiosis.From the school level,optimize the professional curriculum to ensure the specialty and applicability of the curriculum;improve the construction of campus infrastructure,create a good learning environment and atmosphere;optimize the school systems,establish a learning input system to provide the system.At the national,social,family level,strengthen the support of state policies and funds;strengthen the construction of a good social atmosphere and material support;strengthen family interaction,provide spiritual support.
