| At the 2018 National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that it is necessary to work hard to build an education system for the comprehensive cultivation of moral,intellectual,physical,and mental health,and to cultivate socialist builders and successors for the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,and mental labor.The important exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly incorporated labor education into the general requirements and goals of personnel training,enriched the development of the party’s educational policy and the connotation of labor education in times,and has great era value and practical relevance.On March 20,2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council promulgated the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary,Secondary,and Middle Schools in the New Era",which made a comprehensive deployment of labor education in schools of all types and at all levels in the new era.Labor education is not an emerging topic.Since the founding of New China,China has been emphasizing the combination of implementing education and productive labor and exploring different forms of labor education.But it is undeniable that labor education is one of the main shortcomings in the current implementation of the Party’s education policy in the field of education in China.It has important theoretical value and practical significance to carry out research on college students’ labor education.Labor education for college students refers to the education of college students on labor concepts,spirits,habits,skills,etc.It is an education aimed at mobilizing the enthusiasm of college students to participate in labor practice,urging them to develop good habits that love labor and educating them to master basic labor skills.The development of labor education should not be limited to schools,and society,families,and college students themselves should actively create conditions for the development of labor education.The development of labor education for college students helps to promote the construction of citizen morality in the new era.It meets the requirements of personnel training,and helps guide college students to correct their labor outlook,and continuously improve labor skills in the process of labor practice,making it a truly comprehensivedevelopment talent.It also helps to promote college students’ active entrepreneurship and employment.Labor education has been diluted and weakened in real life,and has complicated social factors,including the influence of exam-oriented education,wrong understanding of labor education,and so on.At present,many college students despise labor and are reluctant to participate in labor.In daily life,there are phenomena of laziness,fear of hardship,evasion of responsibility,and poor ability to operate.Realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation requires the hard work,honest work and creative work of generations of laborers.As a labor reserve army that directly faces labor and directly connects occupations,the gap between labor literacy and actual needs and future development of college students fully reveals and reveals the fact that it is urgent to strengthen the labor education of college students.Therefore,the thesis analyzes the status quo of college students ’labor education being weakened in the social environment,softened in the family environment,weakened in the college education,and the deviation of college students’ labor knowledge.On the basis of investigation and research,further explore the main causes of the status quo and propose corresponding paths on how to promote the effective and effective development of labor education for college students,with a view to promoting the development,enrichment and development of research on labor education for college students. |
