| In recent years,the overall physical health index of Chinese students is declining,indicating that the physical health of Chinese students is getting worse and worse.Therefore,how to promote the development of students’ physical health has become a basic problem urgently to be solved by sports workers in our country.Therefore,this study based on the Chengdu in Sichuan province in 2019 into greater different category fourth-grade students’ physical health status monitoring,inquiry into greater different categories of Chengdu primary school(Demonstration school,Class I school and Class Ⅱschool),the physical health of fourth grade students and the differences in categories of schools and students physical health benign development promote inner link.It is expected to clarify the physical health status and corresponding countermeasures of the fourth-grade primary school students in Chenghua District of Chengdu,and then provide basic theoretical support for effectively improving the physical health status of Chinese students and promoting the healthy development of Chinese students’ physical health.This study selected 3 schools from each of the 3 categories of public primary schools in Chenghua District,Chengdu City,Sichuan Province(Demonstration school,Class Ⅰ school and Class Ⅱ school),and started with the physical fitness test data of 810 students from the 9 schools,covering the physical form and function indexes of students: Height,Weight,Body mass index,Vital capacity;Physical fitness indicators: Run,Rope skipping,sit-ups,Sit and reach.In addition,the study analyzed the physical health status and interschool differences of students in different categories of fourth-grade primary schools in Chenghua District of Chengdu in detail by using literature,physical test,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method.The main conclusions are as follows:1)There were significant differences in the body shape and function of Grade 4 students of different categories in Chenghua District(P< 0.05);Among them,the change trend of height,weight and BMI was the same,which showed as the Demonstration school (?) Class Ⅰschool and Class Ⅱ school;And the performance of vital capacity is Class Ⅰschool (?) Class Ⅱ school (?)Demonstration school.2)There were significant differences in 60 s rope skipping(Agility quality),60 s sit-ups(Strength quality),50 m running(Speed quality)and sitting body flexion(Flexibility quality)among fourth-grade students of different categories of schools in Chenghua District.On the whole,the fourth-grade students in Chenghua District primary school had good sensitivity,especially in demonstration schools.Strength quality and speed quality were relatively poor,especially the Class II school.In contrast,the students of the Class II had better flexibility.3)The proportion of excellent grades in all physical health test items of primary school students of all categories decreased with the decrease of the comprehensive strength of the school,that is,the overall evaluation of all physical test items of the Demonstration school was obviously better than that of other kinds of schools,and the specific performance was zero unqualified rate and high excellent rate4)Demonstration school in Chenghua District and the Class I school were superior to the Class II schools in the equipment of comprehensive gymnasiums and various stadiums(Basketball,Football),mechanical gymnastics,and game space.Class II school had more advantages in terms of per capita use area.To a certain extent,this depended on the number of students in the school was significantly less than the other two.5)There were obvious advantages in the construction of the physical education teacher team of the Demonstration school,which was mainly reflected in the number of teachers participating in the training and the number of commendations.6)The differences of various categories of schools in Chenghua District in students’ physical fitness and health promotion were reflected in the sports items covered in PE class and big break and the number of extended service items,and the demonstration schools were better than other categories of schools in the above aspects.7)There were differences in the accomplishment of school physical education homework among various categories of primary school students.Demonstration schools(25%)and Class I schools(26%)completed 0 sports homework assignments significantly better than Class II school(39%). |
