With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher vocational colleges,their performance appraisal system is also constantly developing in the direction of refinement.However,at present,most vocational colleges still tend to focus on the performance appraisal of staff and teaching positions,and lack attention to the performance appraisal of administrative positions.This makes many administrative staff and teachers of colleges and universities use the same set of performance.The assessment system,in some cases,even the assessment of administrative personnel is mere formality.As higher vocational colleges gradually enter the stage of high-quality development,the work content and difficulty of administrative staff are also increasing.They need to provide strong support and comprehensive guarantees for the education,teaching,daily operation and other aspects of the college.The importance of the development of colleges and universities has gradually become prominent,and it is urgent to formulate a performance appraisal system that meets the actual work of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges.JS College is a veteran vocational education institution with a history of more than sixty years.It has just experienced an upgrade from secondary vocational education to higher vocational education.The current administrative management team has problems such as lax work attitude,low work efficiency,and unclear division of responsibilities.The reason is that the current JS College does not design a performance appraisal system for the administrative staff based on the work content and characteristics of the administrative staff,so it cannot be effective.Encouraging and restricting administrative staff is contrary to the current transformation and development goals of the college.This paper provides theoretical support for the optimization of the performance appraisal system through the literature analysis method.Through the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,it is found that the performance appraisal system of JS College has problems such as incomplete assessment content,unsound assessment indicators,unscientific assessment methods,and unreasonable application of assessment results.,In-depth exploration of the cause of the problem.Improve the assessment content based on the actual situation,introduce the assessment of the clean office of the administrative staff,increase the assessment of work efficiency and innovation ability;introduce quantitative analysis and objective evaluation indicators,and carry out the daily work of the administrative staff according to the degree of importance Assignment by classification,taking into account and simplifying the assessment of different positions;using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of indicators at all levels;relying on the two-factor theory to establish diversified performance appraisal results application channels,and smooth the performance appraisal system Run and formulate relevant implementation guarantees.Based on the status quo and development needs of JS College,this article combines the theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal to optimize the design of the performance appraisal system for administrative management personnel,which has strong operability and provides a reference for the performance appraisal work of other colleges and universities.
