Psychological career resources are regarded as individuals’ inherent resources that enable them to adapt to changing or uncertain career circumstances and to shape and select environments in order to attain success. It has become a new theoretic growing point in the foreign field of career psychology in recent years. Base on the related summary of the home and aboard studies on Psychological career resources, this study reviews the studier of the structure,measurement,and related research of psychological career resources. and then, we explored the structure of the psychological career resources in qualitative research from the employee which experienced career transformation and career successed in Chinese cultural context. Based on the chinese college students’ career development and the structure of the psychological career resources,we develop college students’ psychological career resources scale; second, the study has comprehensicely and systematically investigated the chacteristics of college students’ psychological career resources with the scale;third,the study form two aspects,development statisfaction and career devision, to investigated the fuctional mechanism of the psychological career resources.The study has introduced the hot topics in career psychology that are employment pressure to disscuss the relations between college students’ psychological career resources and their employment pressure and development satisfaction,and then constructed the influence effect model of the college students’ psychological career resources. Finally, combined the theory of cognition information processing and career decision-making, the study has discussed the cognition processing characteristice of the college students’ cognition information processing characteristics and effection to career decision-making.The dissertation is divided into five parts.conducts nine studies on structural model, Charaverristice and fuctional mechanism of college students’ psychological career resources, as well as the cognition processing characteristics and effection to college students’ career decision-making. Based on the above-mentioned studies, we draw conclusions as follows:1.Psychological career resources consisting of career Values, career orientation, career plannings, career drivers and career harmonisers five factors.2.College students’ psychological career resources scale consisting of five subscale and Twelve second-order factors. The five subscale was career Values subscale, career orientation subscale, career plannings subscale, career drivers subscale and career harmonisers subscale. Twelve second-order factors was development factors, stable factors,career orientation,career exploration,career objective, career management, career adventure, practical and creative skills, self and other skills, self-esteem,emotion control and adaptabilly, sociability. The College Students’ Psychological Career Resources scale is much more comprehensive and industries-related. The samples involved in the Scale have broad age range. So it can be effective in the examination of the psychological career resources among the Chinese college students.3.The development level of Chinese college students’ psychological career resources is generally. while, there are significant differences among students’ sex and grade. more precisely, at sex the male college students get significant highter scores on psychological career resources than the female students. the male college students get significant highter scores on career plannings, career drivers and career harmonisers than the female students, but get significant lower scores on career Values and career orientation than the female students; Different grade students’ psychological career resources Shows the characteristics of the development of the "V" word. Sophomore get the lowest scores on development factors, stable factors,career orientation,career exploration,career objective,career management, self and other skills, self-esteem and sociability, and recovered step by step at third and fourth year. There are significant differences between single-child and non-single child on career values and career orientation. non-single child get significant highter scores on stable factors, career orientation, practical and creative skills, self and other skills than single child.rural students tend to be more stable and adventure than urban students. The students majored in liberal get significant highter scores on self-esteem than the students majored in art.4.The Questionnaire of Development Satisfaction of College Students consists of 5 dimensions:creat and use, morality and ethics,society and adaptation, communication and coordination, learning and practice. The reliability and validity of the Questionnaire are acceptable. So it can be effective in the examination of the development satisfaction among the Chinese college students.There is significant positive correlation between college students’ psychological career resources and development satisfaction, and also finds that the students who having higher psychological career resources, their development satisfaction would be better.This indicates that college students’ psychological career resources could improve their development satisfaction.Moreover, this study also has investigated college students’ development satisfaction.The results show that:The development level of Chinese college students’development satisfaction is little higher than the middle level,but still not optimistic that the students get lower scores on the factors of learning and practice. And while there are significant differences among their sex,grade except major, regions and economis status on development satisfaction.5.There is significant negative correlation between college students’psychological career resources and employment pressure. and also finds that the students who having higher psychological career resources, their employment pressure would be lower.This indicates that college students’ psychological career resources could restrict their employment pressure. this study also has investigated college students’employment pressure.The results show that:The development level of Chinese college students’ employment pressure is little lower than the middle level,part of the college students Clearly perceived stress. emotional distress is the most obvious.6.This study finds that employment pressure partly mediates the relation between psychological career resources and development satisfaction.and then, psychological career resources regulates employment pressure and development satisfaction When college students in employment pressure peak.The restriction of employment pressure to development satisfaction is more obvious in the group of lower psychological career resources than the higher group.7.College students with different psychological career resources developmental levels has significant differences cognitive processing preference towards coding and recollection of career information. There is more obvious positive career scheme in higher group.8.College students with different psychological career resources developmental levels has significant differences career choice preference.Higher group tend to concern the space of the wage increase.and lower group tend to concern starting salaries.
