Recent years,with the expansion of the enrollment rate of higher education in various regions,the total number of college graduates in China is as high as 8.34 million by the end of 2019,seeking employment and applying for a job for college students is becoming increasingly difficult.How to effectively solve the problem of college students' employment difficulties has become the common attention of college students,colleges,society and local governments.On the basis of previous studies,this study used psychological capital scale,career adaptation strength scale,career decision-making difficulty scale and career-related parental support scale to conduct a questionnaire survey of 617 college students from ordinary full-time colleges in Jiangxi Province,and used Spss20.0 and Mpulse7.0 statistical analysis software to make in-depth comparison and comprehensive discussion about the relevant data.The results showed that:(1)The average scores of psychological capital(M=3.47)and career adaptability(M=3.53)were higher than the median,while the average scores of career decision-making difficulties were lower than the median(M=2.58),and the average score of Career-related Parental Support was higher(M=3.78);(2)Career Decision Making Difficulties was different in different grades,majors and places of origin,but there was no difference in gender and single child;(3)the psychological capital,career-related parental support,career adaptability and career decision-making difficulties were significantly correlated;(4)psychological capital can negatively predict college students' career decision making difficulties;(5)career adaptability is an intermediary variable between psychological capital andcollege students' career decision making difficulties;(6)career-related parental support regulates the of career adaptability on career decision making difficulties.This study examines the influence mechanism of psychological capital on college students' career decision-making difficulties,and explores whether psychological capital will influence college students' career decision-making difficulties through career adaptability,and whether this intermediary process will be regulated by career-related parental support.On the one hand,it provides theoreticalbasis for university and government to provide guidance for college students' career development,on the other hand,it also enlightens educators to pay more attention to the role of psychological capital and career-related parental support in college students' occupational mental health.
