Based on the importance of core stability to aerobics movements and training,functional training can increase the strength of the core parts and maintain the stability of functional movements,combined with functional training theory and the characteristics of aerobics special training,to improve the core stability of aerobics special The starting point is to formulate a scientific and reasonable functional training program based on the technical level of the experimental subjects,explore the impact of functional training on the core stability of aerobics special girls,and then improve the performance of aerobics.The test picked 32 girls from the 2018-year aerobics item of Shanxi Datong University as test subjects,divided into the test group and comparison group,the test group did functional practice,and the comparison group did traditional practice,12 weeks in the total,3 times a week,every 60 min.Before and after the tests,apart perform core power tests on 32 girls(45s/60s prone back up,45s/60s supine on both ends,45s/60s left and right side waist up),core stability test(eight-level bridge,six-level bridge,five-level side bridge,star offset balance test)and special technical action tests(60s single-arm single-leg push-up,split-leg support,60s bend split-leg jump,side-leg balance).Research results:(1)Before the test,two sets of tests mirrored no obvious difference,later twelve weeks,the power test of the core part of the test group expressed a rising trend,which performed a big difference;Apart from the results of the left waist rising in 45s,the test results of the comparison group the overall upward trend,except in the left and 60s from the waist to the test results,the expression no apparent difference.(2)Before the test,two sets of test results are no apparent difference,later twelve weeks,the static core fixity results of the test group report a rising trend,apart from five-level right bridge test,the result which played an obvious difference,make known a big difference;In addition to the results outside the six-level bridge,the test results of the comparison group the overall upward trend,but reflect no big difference.(3)Before the test,two dynamic core fixity tests showed no apparent difference,later twelve weeks,The results of the test group are increasing,besides in the left and right place of the left foot and the right,left and behind place of the right foot,the test results mirror a big difference,the rest of the reaction have a very apparent difference;besides in the right back of the left foot and the back,right,left front,and right behind place of the right foot,the core stability test results of the comparison group reported an upward trend,but there are no big difference.(4)Before the test,the technical program test results displayed no big difference,twelve weeks later,the test group expressed a rising trend as overall,and display an apparent difference;Specific Technical operation results of a rising trend in comparison group,but make known no big difference.Research conclusions:(1)Functional practice promote the strength of the core parts of the test group,and endurance is better than the explosive strength,take explosive back,abdomen endurance and stamina right waist to represent;In addition to the endurance of the left waist muscles,traditional practice can not promote the comparison group core parts of the strength;Functional practice can promote the endurance and explosive strength of the core part,in particular to the abdominal endurance right side of the waist endurance,but no obvious effect in the right and left flank endurance waist explosive.(2)Functional practice to improve core stability static test group,in particular,the stability of the sagittal axis;Traditional static special practice to improve core stability is not apparent;Functional practice to promote the static core stability,in particular,the stability of the sagittal axis.(3)Functional practice to promote the dynamic core stability,especially the right and right rear direction stability supported by the left foot;Dynamic Stability traditional core of special training no obvious improvement;Functional practice promotes dynamic core stability,especially the stability of the left foot support rightward.(4)Functional practice can very clear improve the special technical actions of the test group,with single-arm and single-leg push-ups(A-group dynamic strength),split-leg support(B-group static strength),and bending and split-leg jump(C-group jumps and jumps),side leg balance(D-group flexibility and balance)four groups of difficult movements are represented;traditional practice did no clear improve the special technical movements of the comparison group;functional practice can promote the special technical actions,especially the A-group dynamic power movements and the C-group jumping and leaping movements.
