With the development of big data technology,the threshold for the use of big data tools has been lowered.The application of big data is no longer limited to the previous Internet,marketing and advertising industries,but is gradually applied in more industries,including education.The application of big data in the field of education has shown broad development prospects and has also triggered a huge change in the field of school management.While facing up to the positive significance of education big data,in addition to promoting the application of education big data in the field of school management,it is also indispensable to conduct an ethical review of its application.The important role of educational big data technology in school management is unquestionable,but it should be noted that the application of educational big data also has limitations that are difficult to get rid of.At present,there are not many systematic research results on the application of educational big data in school management.Based on this,this research comprehensively analyzes the current status of the application of educational big data in school management from the perspectives of pedagogy,ethics,and information science.Investigate its existing problems,and explore the countermeasures of education big data school management application risks.This study uses literature research methods,conceptual analysis methods,case research methods and other research methods.Based on the idea of responsibility ethics,it starts from the subject of responsibility,the object of responsibility,and the content of responsibility.It analyzes the connotation of education big data school management application,and clarifies the ethical review of education big data.On the basis of the theoretical basis and feasibility of school management application,it points out the ethical risks in the application of education big data school management.Educational big data is developing rapidly in the field of school management.While it plays an active role in promoting the development of education science and the transformation of management models,there are also ethical risks such as data alienation,subject dependence,and value impact.In response to these ethical risks,the reasons for the problems are analyzed from three levels: the attributes of the data itself,the subject of the data application,and the ethical care,and countermeasures are proposed.School management has its own peculiarities.The application of educational big data in the field of school management needs to consider this peculiarity,recognize the limits of the application of technology in the field of school management,and clarify the standpoint of the application of educational big data in school management.In the face of ethical risks,it can be dealt with from two aspects:improving the data literacy of the main body of school management and strengthening the ethical care of education big data school management application.
