In January 2020,the sudden break of the COVID-19 brought a huge impact on orderly production and living routine of Chinese people.After a short shock,people from all over the country and all walks of life threw themselves into the intense and organized fight against the epidemic.In this process,individuals can’t solve all the problems they met by their own strength.So,as the living area of residents,communities play an important role in the anti-epidemic process at the ground-level.With the change of urban plans and city structures,the mode of communities becomes more and more diversified.Among all the existing community models,”replacement building and commercial building” mixed communities,as a policy-oriented community,have begun to enter the vision of academia.Due to the obvious structural and developmental differences between such communities and normal communities,the working modes and experiences of such communities in the process of anti-epidemic are worth studying and discussing.At the same time,the community secretary,as the leader of community work,is a key person in the discussion.Because the secretary has to explain the policy to the residents and other colleagues,the working ability and attitude will have a great impact on the effect of the community work.So,the author choose the community cadre as the object of study.This study takes the community cadre of D community in C city as an example,after the literature reading and study of narrative therapy,the author decide to use this kind of therapy to solve the cadre’s problem,which mainly reflected in the negative narrations of the cadre.According to the basic requirement of narrative therapy,the author and the client make sure of the framework together.As the framework of therapy,the professional service of social work are divided into four stages.The first stage is to externalize the cadre’s problem,through the case talk between social worker and the client,problems should be told by the clients,then they should discuss the problems together,the social worker will guide the client to make the problems more specific,make the client realize that the problem and person are different,make the “buried-story” discovered,then improve the sense of experience gaining.The second stage is to rewrite the story,through the narration of the client,social worker should help her to settle the experience,make her realize her experience has important effect then improve her intensive drive to solve the problems she met,change her negative mind in the narration.The third stage is to repair the narration,based on the former two stages,social worker should invite“important person” of the client.Then social worker will let the important person tell the story of the client,and make the client listen to it carefully.The main purpose of this stage is to let the client get positive evaluation from others,make the client clear that she has already gained experience through her hard-working.At last,social worker will invite eternal volunteers to listen to the narration of the client,make the positive cognition of the client stronger on a wider stage,make the client’s positive narration framework stronger,and improve her working ability.The research is based on the narrative therapy,mainly points to improve the self-working-efficacy of the client.Social worker want to let the client discover the buried story,then use the positive attitude to face to her work.At the same time,the whole casework obeys the basic procedure of narrative therapy.This research enriches the practical experience of narrative therapy research,provide a practical case for the studying of narrative therapy.
