Our country attaches great importance to basic education.The popularization of nine?year compulsory education and the reform of basic education curriculum have promoted the development of basic education.As the initial stage of basic education,primary school is particularly critical.Peer groups have an important impact on the development of primary school students.Group cohesion affects the individual's sense of unity,group goals affect individual motivation,group norms affect individual behavior,and the leadership style and behavior style of key figures have a profound impact on individuals.Throughout the research process of peer groups,the relevant research of positive peer groups is relatively weak,lacking theoretical guidance.In this study,we design a targeted interview outline,sort out the characteristics and performance of different types of peer groups,and put forward management strategies.Through the analysis of the formation process and influencing factors of the positive peer group of primary school students,this paper puts forward the formation strategy,which has strong practical pertinence and theoretical value.In this study,literature,narrative research,observation and interview are used,and the typical positive peer group(Q1)is selected as the research object.Through in?depth communication,thinking and analysis,this paper presents the growth path of positive peer group(Q1)and describes its formation process.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the formation of positive peer group(Q1),and puts forward the forming strategies.Firstly,based on the core concepts of "group","peer group" and "positive peer group of primary school students",the research focuses on the research background,research significance and purpose,research status at home and abroad,describes the theoretical basis and innovation of the research,describes the research design and research process,and clarifies the research ideas.Secondly,it presents the characteristics and performance of time and space?time peer group,emotional peer group and hobby peer group of class s,shows the evaluation of different groups,and puts forward management strategies according to the characteristics of peer group.Then select the typical positive peer group(Q1),clarify its formation process,and analyze the characteristics of each stage.Thirdly,it tries to analyze the formation of positive peer group(Q1)from three aspects: personal factor,environmental factor and group factor.In view of the above research,finally,from the perspective of individual,environment and group,this paper puts forward the formation strategy of positive peer group of primary school students,and reflects on the research process and results to promote the development of peer group.This study explores from a micro perspective,mining the information hidden behind the story,giving people inspiration,in order to promote class management and provide reference for educators.
