Based on the three northeastern double leading polytechnic universities in 2011 to 2021,this decade judge on engineering doctoral supervisor’s CV as analysis object,focus on the resume objective key response to the country about breaking the "five only" file,the actual mining,found that unit of choose and employ persons such as universities and research institutes in the education evaluation and selection of "five" phenomenon existing in the training process,to promote the colleges and universities and research institutes actively build good institutional environment of talented people,to break the "five" only ills,promote new times education evaluation scheme implemented deeply.In this study,the resumes of 1628 doctoral supervisors of science and technology in three "double first-class" universities of science and technology in Northeast China were selected from the official websites of the supervisors of science and technology doctoral supervisors who had been evaluated as professors in the recent ten years,and the resumes of 1628 supervisors of science and technology doctoral supervisors in three "double first-class" universities of science and technology in Northeast China were queried by combining type sampling and random sampling.Only 500 of them have accurate and complete information about key events and time nodes.Through CV analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis,it is found that the higher education background(undergraduate school,master’s school,doctor’s school,the number of doctors,the diversity of higher education).There are several independent variables in the early working background(the number of post-doctoral candidates,the number of overseas visits,and the number of researchers’ work),which have a significant cumulative effect on the two growth stages(the period of becoming an associate professor and the period of becoming a professor)of science and technology doctoral supervisors in the dormant period.Engineering doctoral supervisor’s CV objective of dormant period two stages of the information advantage accumulated effect the overall predictive power of 4.5%,13.2%,the overall predictive power to prove that doctoral supervisor in its dormant period of growth is the result of joint action of many complex factors,resume the objective events is not a major role for the growth of talent.However,it is still necessary to face up to the significant cumulative effect of objective experience events on the growth of science and technology doctoral supervisors in the two stages of dormant period(the period when they grow into associate professors and the period when they grow into professors),and put forward some suggestions: to break the "five only" is not to abandon the "five only",the key is to break the "only" evaluation system.In the experience of higher education,the growth rate of doctoral supervisors of science and technology who graduated from domestic "double first-class" universities is faster than that of doctoral supervisors who graduated from domestic ordinary universities in the two key periods of dormant period(the period when they grow into associate professors and the period when they grow into professors),and their predictive power is 1.5% and 3.5% respectively.Therefore,in the background of higher education,the cumulative effect of the domestic "double first-class" university in undergraduate education on the science and engineering doctoral supervisor is more significant in the second critical period of hibernation period.This paper proposes to pay attention to the development of the quality of undergraduate education in non-elite universities.The results show that the "first degree" has a significant effect on the accumulation of advantages of science and technology doctoral supervisors in the dormant period,but its predictive power is small,and there are objective reasons for artificial policy restrictions.Suggestions: get rid of only "the first academic calendar theory".In the stage of doctoral education,compared with those who graduated from domestic scientific research institutions and foreign first-class universities,the predictive power of the accumulation of growth advantages of professors who graduated from domestic "double first-class" universities was 3.5% and 0.8% respectively.Ph D graduates from domestic scientific research institutions and foreign first-class universities have an obvious accumulation effect on the growth of professors,but the absolute value of partial regression coefficient(1.666 >1.432),the doctoral study in domestic scientific research institutions for high-level talents has a greater influence on the accumulation of advantages of becoming a professor in the second critical period of the dormant period of science and engineering doctoral supervisors than that of doctoral study in first-class foreign universities.It is verified that not all the advantages of "native Ph.D.s" in the dormant period are less than that of "overseas returnees Ph.D.s" for science and technology talents.Suggestions are put forward to eliminate the theory of "only overseas returnees Ph.D.s".Although this study has verified that not all "native" doctoral students have less advantage accumulation effect on the dormant period of science and technology talents than "overseas returnees" doctoral students,in general,there is still a certain gap in the quality of doctoral training in China compared with overseas developed countries,so it is suggested to pay attention to the quality of domestic "native" doctoral training.In the diversification of higher education,zero repetition of higher education has a significant influence on the growth speed of professors(significantly affects the slower growth speed).On the contrary,doctoral supervisors who are both in the same school have the greatest accumulation of advantages during their dormant period,which is due to the regional differences in the samples collected in this study in Northeast China.In the early working experience of science and engineering doctoral supervisors,the number of researchers’ work has a significant impact on the accumulation of advantages in the two key growth periods(to become associate professor and professor)of science and engineering doctoral supervisors in the dormant period,with the predictive power of 2% and 3.9% respectively.The partial regression coefficient of the two key stages of hibernation compared with the number of researchers’ work(0.32<0.724),the effect of researcher’s work experience on the advantage accumulation of the speed of becoming an associate professor is less than that of the advantage accumulation of the speed of becoming a professor.Both the number of postdoctoral work and the number of visiting scholars have a significant influence on the accumulation of science and engineering doctoral supervisors in the second critical period of hibernation,that is,to become professors,with the predictive power of 1.1%.It is pointed out that the number of researchers’ work,the number of postdoctoral work and the number of visiting scholars all have a significant influence on the accumulation of advantages of science and engineering doctoral supervisors in the hibernation period,and puts forward some suggestions: pay attention to the "five only" problems existing in the evaluation system of researchers’ work and postdoctoral training in the early work.Based on basic CV analysis,it further reveals the difference in the cumulative effect of each key event of previous higher education experience and work experience on the cumulative effect of advantages of science and technology doctoral supervisors in the accumulation theory of advantages,and explores the predictive power of each objective event on the cumulative effect of advantages of science and technology doctoral supervisors.With objective analysis data,it is proved that the "five only" phenomenon is not reasonable in education evaluation,talent introduction method and education training quality evaluation.Based on the research findings,some suggestions are put forward to provide some suggestions for relevant departments to refer to in the process of introducing and cultivating talents of science and technology in China.
