They are not only the foster of doctoral students, but also the leader of discipline and the decider of the subject construction in a university. The level of the doctoral supervisor teams even affects the fame and future of the university. Therefore, focusing on improving the construction and management of the doctoral supervisor team can significantly elevate the competence of the doctoral students in a university thus promoting further development.This project studies the doctoral supervisor teams of the higher agricultural universities.
