This paper to the understanding of the proposition“elite scientist”as the basis,with Mr Brown brenner’s ecological system theory as the research Angle of view,put the 24 Nobel prizewinners of Japan as a case,the winner group characteristics is described,the detailed inspection recipients of education experience and academic growth process,thus it is concluded that the characteristics of the evolution of Japan’s elite scientists and influencing factors.This paper altogether is composed of chapter 5,With the exception of the first chapter and the fifth chapter,main focus in the second,the third and the fourth chapters,the second chapter is about 24 Nobel Prize winners of society was born for descriptive statistics,mainly including: gender structure,the award-winning achievements of age,age,type of research achievements,academic output,output by education,graduate school,the highest degree,aspects and so on overseas exchanges and office place and change for the winners group group characteristics,the study found that: Japan’s elite scientists’ “self-portrait” most likely is: Male,about 65 years old,gathered in Japan’s national research universities.He was graduated from a famous university and worked in the famous university.He has a doctor’s degree.The third chapter,from the perspective of education,comprehensively analyzes the educational experience of laureates,including family education,basic education and higher education.The research finds that good social birth is conducive to the early social accumulation of laureates.The “natural education ” in their youth fostered their curiosity and interest in the natural sciences;The educational influence of the basic education stage enables the laureates to make early determination and career choice;The education at the undergraduate level of higher education gives the awardees a broad knowledge base,while the education at the graduate level influences the awardees to focus on their academic career and develop their “ability to explore the subject”.The fourth chapter analyzes the academic growth of the laureates.Firstly,the research experiences of the 24 laureates were dynamically investigated,and the subjective and objective factors suffered by each laureate were further summarized in detail.It is found that in the process of the academic growth of Japanese elite scientists,the objective macro-level factors are: the influence of Japanese science and technology policy;Research positioning strategy;Scientific research investment and other aspects;Elite scientists are more influenced by subjective factors at the micro level,including: the academic freedom created by the lecture system;University,enterprise and government form a unique cooperative research mode of“industry and university officials”.Scientific tradition and apprenticeship pedigree;In terms of the influence of others and the personal quality of the scientists,the success of the laureates is the result of social choice and self-selection.The second chapter of this study was to quantitative description of the winner group characteristics,reflect systemic and integrity,the study of the winners investigates dynamic experience reflects the historic and procedural,analyze their entire academic growth process,combining the quantitative and qualitative,makes the understanding of their growth process and its characteristics more rich more stereo.In a word,through the group study of Japanese Nobel laureates,we can preliminarily investigate the influence of educational experience and academic training on elite scientists,and also have some enlightenment on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in China.
