| Subjective well-being is the subjective reflection of the individual’s satisfaction with real life,and is a positive psychological experience and satisfaction of the individual’s own existence in life.In the current education field,educators and parents pay attention to students’ academic performance and neglect their mental health growth,which leads to many psychological problems for students.Subjective well-being is an important research topic in students’ mental health education.At present,a large number of studies have explored the connotation of adult subjective well-being,and the research on adolescents’ subjective well-being is very limited.In this context,this research conducted in-depth research on the subjective well-being theory and class group counseling theory.In a junior high school in Hunchun City,Jilin Province,26 students from the first grade(4)class of the class teacher of the researcher were selected as the experimental class.The 25 students in the first grade(3)of junior high school with the same level of performance as the(4)class served as the control class.The subjective well-being level was pre-tested on them,the homogeneity of the two classes was tested.Based on the measured results and the characteristics of the students’ academic and physical and mental development,a class group counseling program for the subjective well-being of junior high school students is formulated.The 26 students in the experimental class received 6 times of class group tutoring,while the students in the control class did not participate in the class group tutoring activities and did not accept any intervention.After the intervention,the students in the experimental class and the control class were asked to fill in the subjective well-being scale for post-testing,In order to further understand the effect of subjective well-being class group counseling,each period of class group counseling activities.After the end,students are required to fill in the feedback form and hand it in.Three months later,a questionnaire survey of subjective well-being was conducted on the experimental class,and a delayed test was conducted to test the sustainability of the research.The study came to the following conclusions:1.1.The subjective well-being of junior high school students is generally at a low level,and the satisfaction with family,schoolwork,and friendship is low.2.The level of subjective well-being of junior high school students has been improved through class group counseling,and the effect is obvious in three dimensions of academic,friendship and family satisfaction.3.The class group counseling program can maintain the level of subjective well-being of junior high school students.Based on the above research conclusions,the following feasibility suggestions are put forward:1.Expanding the scope of research objects will allow more students to improve their subjective well-being through counseling.2.Apply class group tutoring to class management to enhance class cohesion.3.Parents should pay more attention to the mental health of students. |
