| This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and SWOT analysis to study 14 commercial table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou.Through the investigation of the basic situation of the club,the club operator,the coach and the consumer,This paper explores the opportunities and threats in the external environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment in the operation and development of commercial table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou in the post-epidemic period.The aim is to provide suggestions and suggestions for the sustainable development of commercial table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou,promote its benign development,and finally give play to the role of the club in table tennis talent training,table tennis promotion,mass sports fitness and the implementation of national fitness strategy.The results show that the locations of Zhengzhou commercial clubs are mostly in the large commercial areas with large flow of people,accounting for 64%,79%of which are over 400 square meters,100%of which have been operating for more than 3 years,and part of the club construction funds are from the joint venture.The profit accounts for 14%,the benefit accounts for 57%,and the loss is 29%.There are only 3 clubs capable of hosting national competitions,accounting for 21%;The number of club members is more than 200,accounting for 57%,and the majority of club publicity depends on the Internet.The lack of professional management and operation talents is the main factor restricting the development of the club.Part-time coaches account for 65%,while coaches with table tennis competition experience and athlete certificate only account for 40%.Students and retirees are the main consumers of the club,accounting for 86%.Coaches,service quality and environmental atmosphere are the key factors that affect consumers’ choice of clubs.Conclusion:The internal environment advantages of club development include:the number of clubs,the number of table tennis matches and the number of table tennis players all increase;Managers and coaches enhance their awareness of learning and training,scientific training methods,and improve the training effect.The advantages of the external environment include:stronger policy support,stronger sense of national health,a large increase in independent physical exercise behavior and consumers;The sports industry has developed rapidly;Informatization makes skill learning and information dissemination more convenient,efficient and low-cost.Internal environment disadvantages,rules and regulations are not sound;The lack of professional management personnel;Lack of good coaches;Table tennis club operating scale is small,anti-risk ability is poor.Disadvantages of external environment include:COVID-19 hit the individual economy hard and recovery will take time;The impact of other operating sports clubs on operating table tennis clubs;Student consumer parents do not know about sports.Advice:.Rely on advantages.Grasp policy opportunity,borrow advantage platform,rapid development.Make use of information technology to improve the management and publicity level of the club;.Avoiding risk.Introduce professional talents to improve the club’s operation and development ability;Avoid disadvantages.Expand management channels,multi-party cooperation,the formation of a common interest body,brand chain,cooperative management,increase risk resistance;The managers of table tennis clubs learn from the development experience of professional table tennis,change their thinking and operate flexibly through various ways..Rely on advantages.To establish the training mechanism for coaches and improve the comprehensive quality of table tennis coaches;Find the right position,highlight the characteristics,find the development path suitable for their own clubs;To avoid disadvantages and overcome threats;The club establishes an efficient feedback working mechanism,requiring coaches to make classroom evaluations for each consumer after each class,summarize the techniques learned in class and give feedback on their mastery.Club management and operators should develop a standardized teaching system,unify the teaching,content and teaching methods of the whole club,strengthen the induction training of coaches,and establish a community of interests between the club and coaches. |
