| In recent years,the construction of school-based curriculum has been highly valued in the trend of national basic education reform,and schools in the stage of basic education began to try to carry out the construction of school-based curriculum.The construction of school-based curriculum is the supplement and expansion of the original curriculum and teaching activities,and the change and enrichment of curriculum content and form.The rapid development of collectivization school running mode plays an important role in the balance of educational resources.In such a background and form,schools make up for their own shortcomings and disadvantages through the rational use and development of resources.The construction of excellent school-based curriculum can better explore the characteristics of the region and the school can make up for the lack of material and human resources of the region and the school.With more and more attention to school-based curriculum,schools in various regions begin to carry out school-based curriculum construction.The construction and development of school-based curriculum has changed the traditional mode of curriculum construction in a certain sense,which is the inevitable product of curriculum reform.First of all,through the literature review of domestic and foreign group education and school-based curriculum construction,the author makes clear the entry point and direction of this study.On this basis,scholars redefine the construction of school-based curriculum and school-based group.Secondly,this study investigates s member schools through empirical research.Through questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of s member school,and understands the current situation of s member school from the goal,content,implementation and effect of school-based curriculum construction.Finally,by analyzing and sorting out the existing problems of school-based curriculum construction under the background of collectivization:first,the lack of understanding of the importance of school-based curriculum construction by schools and teachers within the group;second,the poor exchange of teacher resources within the group;third,the imperfect sharing system of curriculum resources within the group;fourth,the unhealthy evaluation system of school-based curriculum within the group All.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,the author puts forward four suggestions and strategies for school-based curriculum construction under the background of group education,including taking managers,teachers and students as the main body,improving the cognitive level of the internal staff of the group about the importance of curriculum construction;strengthening the internal and external communication,improving the curriculum construction ability of managers,improving the teacher development mechanism,etc.Through the establishment of curriculum construction community,combined with the internal and external security mechanism to improve the internal resource sharing mechanism of the group;through the establishment of supervision mechanism,the formation of multi subject participation mode to improve the school-based curriculum evaluation mechanism. |
