| With the development of education informatization in China,the application of information technology in preschool education has been continuously expanded,among which the application of educational software in kindergarten is one of its representatives.Educational software,with its real scene,real-time interaction and rich picture sense,can adapt to the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development,effectively promote game-based teaching and improve the quality of early childhood education and teaching.At the same time,the application of educational software also puts forward higher requirements for kindergarten teachers,so the effectiveness of kindergarten teachers’application of educational software is one of the important standards to test the deep integration of information technology and preschool education.Ningxia is the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of the country’s first "Internet+education" demonstration area,the ultimate goal to realize the informationization application level and the general improvement in teachers and students information literacy,"Internet+education" big platform,built in pre-school education field as the initial stage of "Internet+education",cannot ignore information technology and the integration of education this trend,So the application of information technology in the field of preschool education has also received more and more attention.Based on the background of "Internet+Education" demonstration area,this study adopts the qualitative research method to conduct a field survey on the application of educational software by kindergarten teachers.The research found that there are group differences in the process of kindergarten teachers’application of educational software.The main manifestations are as follows:Stationing teachers adhere to the traditional education mode,are limited by technical knowledge,and show the characteristics of"having no way to start" in the application ability of educational software,and are in the initial stage of contact with educational software;Pathfinding teachers can take the initiative to use educational software and see the advantages of educational software.However,the way of acquiring information technology knowledge is single,and the application of educational software lacks innovation,so it is in the groping stage of educational software application.Leading teachers advocate rational use of educational software,take the initiative to learn relevant knowledge of educational software,pay attention to the combination of educational software and teaching,and are in the stage of flexible application of educational software.In this study,a representative teacher from each of the three groups was selected as the case object by the method of targeted sampling,and the data were collected by the methods of interview,observation and physical collection,so as to comprehensively and vividly show the real situation of kindergarten teachers’ application of educational software.Based on the field study of kindergarten teachers’ application of educational software,the following optimization strategies are proposed:First,improve the informationization incentive mechanism to stimulate different teachers’ interest in education software teaching;Second,strengthen teacher training hierarchically and improve the application level of teacher education software;Third,set up the correct information teaching concept,improve the teaching ability of teachers;Fourth,based on the analysis of teaching needs,appropriate education software is selected. |
