| With the rapid development of information technology today,many fields in the society,such as work,education,leisure and social participation,are being transformed by digital technology.The integration and innovative application of digital technology in education has become a key point.Countries are gradually implementing online education and using digital technology to improve the teaching process.Online education has become a common and growing phenomenon,which has a great impact on the media of education,the way of education,the course content,the relationship between teachers and students,the learning environment,and so on.It is conducive to breaking the resource constraints and helping students develop in a personalized way.During the epidemic period,China carried out large-scale online education,which is not only a concentrated display of China’s education informatization,but also an opportunity to improve the development of online education.Online education of K-12 stage in the United States originated early and developed rapidly,and has formed a relatively complete online education development system with scientific and effective quality standards at the same time.The rich experience accumulated in the construction of online education norms and standards in the United States is conducive to the implementation of online education in the stage of basic education in China,and to some extent enriches the relevant research on online education in China.Based on the background of Online education,this paper deeply analyzes the establishment background,basic content and characteristics of the National Standards for Quality Online Learning for K-12 stage,which was newly revised in 2019 by the United States,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development needs of China.This paper mainly includes six parts:Chapter One:Introduction.This part summarizes the main basis and significance of the topic,combs and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,and explains the relevant concepts.Chapter Two:The theoretical basis for the formulation of the National Standards for Quality Online Learning in the United States.Focus on Holmberg’s distance education thought and Garrison’s exploratory community theory.Chapter Three:the background of the introduction of the online education quality standards at K-12 stage in the United States.Mainly from the development of history and the needs of two aspects of The Times.The history of development explains the process of the development and evolution of K-12 online education in the United States.The background of The Times mainly starts from the domestic factors and the development trend of the international community.Chapter Four:the basic content of the National Standards for Quality Online Learning in the United States.From three aspects of online education project,online course and online teaching,this paper introduces the specific content of K-12 stage online education quality standards in detail.Chapter Five:The characteristics of the National Standards for Quality Online Learning in the United States.Based on the detailed analysis of the content of the quality standard,the characteristics of the quality standard system are explained.Chapter Six:The enlightenment of the National Standards for Quality Online Learning in the United States to China.On the basis of the above research,aiming at the current development status and existing problems of online education in primary and secondary schools in China,this paper summarizes the enlightenment of the quality assurance of online education in K-12 stage in the United States to China. |
