| Moral and Legal Education Curriculum,which carry out the fundamental task of cultivating students with moral integrity,is the vital curriculum in primary schools.The teachers who carry out this curriculum are critical.On the whole,their ideological and political quality is good at present,but there are still many problems existing which should not to be ignored.So,it is in great practical significance to study the actuality of ideological and political quality from the teachers,the countermeasures to raise up ideological and political quality in primary schools.This paper applies research methods as literature review and questionnaire survey to study primary teachers’ ideological and political quality.86 teachers of 13 primary schools from City A in Liaoning Province are involved in the survey on the Concept,Construction,and Consequence of primary teachers’ ideological and political quality.With summary of questionnaires,the paper concludes good performance and shortcomings existing in primary teachers’ ideological and political quality.Based on those,the paper puts forward that countermeasures of raising up primary teachers’ ideological and political quality concerning society,schools and teachers,namely improving teachers’ ideological and political quality,creating a better ideological and political educational environment and enhancing teachers’ professional quality and ability.Through the study,the paper is of significance that could enrich the relevant researches on the theories of teaching for ideological and political teachers,promote the teaching quality of Ideological of teachers,and improve the teaching effect for the curriculum.At the same time it could provide theoretical and practical references for the studies strengthening teachers’ ideological and political qualities. |
