In order to alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates and solve the educational problems in the western region,since 2006,our government has implemented the "special post plan",in the nationwide recruitment of college graduates to the western poor rural areas to teach,the state will provide the corresponding Of the preferential policies."Special post plan" to attract a large number of college graduates,to promote the development of education in the western region,but the uneven teachers of ideological and political quality has become the hidden dangers of its educational development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the ideological and political quality of special post teachers.The main research of this paper is to study the ideological and political quality of special teachers in Guizhou province.In the first chapter,the author starts from the definition of special teachers and the background of the times,and studies the importance of cultivating the ideological and political quality of special teachers.In the second chapter,the author combines the questionnaire survey results,The third chapter,the author from the special train teachers ideological and political quality of the basic construction,training content,training methods,training and assessment of the link to optimize the link to start a specific approach to the development of the ideological and political quality of teachers and their internal reasons for the study;On the Optimization of the Cultivation of Ideological and Political Quality of Special-level Teachers.Through a series of studies,the author hopes to contribute to the development of education in rural areas of western China through the constructive suggestions put forward by the ideological and political quality of special teachers in Guizhou.
