In secondary vocational education,the author believes that as a teacher of vocational education,the most indispensable is the ability to grasp the teaching information of students,themselves and the surrounding environment in the teaching process,and to reflect the information on their own body,take the initiative to constantly improve themselves.Teachers are the top priority of secondary vocational education and the core of vocational education.Teaching sensitivity is a comprehensive ability that teachers can timely detect,capture,comprehend and think when educational information appears in the whole teacher’s career,and finally transform it into practical wisdom.This process is not only for students,but also not limited to the classroom.It runs through the whole teaching process of teachers,which is a teacher’s desire for their own development and a cultivated ability to transform ideology into practical wisdom.At the same time,the utility value of teaching sensitivity is not only reflected in the teachers themselves,but also reflected in the construction of the teaching staff and school management.Yunnan province,where the author is located,is located in the border area,and the development of vocational education is relatively weak compared with the developed coastal areas.How to promote the vocational development of teachers and the construction of school teachers from the perspective of teachers’ teaching sensitivity,and how to explore the connotation,representation and value of teaching sensitivity is the focus of this study.This study adopts literature method,questionnaire method,observation method and empirical research method,taking 6 public secondary vocational schools in Yunnan province as samples,and issuing 50 questionnaires to teachers in each school,totaling 300 questionnaires,to collect secondary vocational teachers’ sensitive cognition,sensitivity,practical degree and Suggestions on teaching.Through the data collection of the questionnaire,the empirical study was conducted on teachers’ awareness of teaching sensitivity,and the relationship between teachers’ age,teaching age,professional title,gender and other factors and teaching sensitivity.Through the analysis and comparison of the data,we can get the perception and degree of teaching sensitivity of different teachers in 6 secondary vocational schools.Finally,according to the analysis results,the present situation of secondary vocational teachers’ teachingsensitivity and the reasons for the generation of data analysis.Finally,the influence factors of teaching sensitivity are discussed externally and internally.This paper mainly discusses the ways to improve the sensitivity of teaching from the school,and looks for the breakthrough of the sensitivity of teaching from the teachers themselves.
