The Research On The Employment Ability Of The Secondary Vocational School Students From The Perspective Of The Key Competence

With the advent of industry 4.0,in the context of China’s economic transformation,the society has higher requirements to the workers from all walks of life.In March 2016,Premier Li Keqiang initiated the “ spirit of craftsman” in the government work report.It showed that we don’t need technicians that only have professional knowledge,but also good cultural literacy,professional skills,professional ethics and mental health.As the main practitioners in China’s basic manufacturing industry,the level of secondary school students’ comprehensive literacy is very important.Many researches work on the way from school,society and the government.The author finds that the Department of Education of Zhejiang Province released the Key Competence of Secondary Vocational School Students from four parts.Then combined with the rapid development of E-commerce industry the requirements to the practitioners,the author summarizes the requirements to the E-commerce practitioners based on the Key Competence.The study takes Ningbo J School E-commerce major as an example,carries out the survey among 260 students.Then interviews 1 major teacher,1 school leadership,1 graduate and 1company manager.According to the analysis of the survey data,the author finds the students are weak in general education,professional ethics.Old education contents and more mental health problems are also found in the survey.To solve the problem,based on the Key Competence,the author put forward some suggestions,including improving the requirements for students’ general cultural courses,optimizing the curriculum of professional courses,improving students’ career plan education,strengthening the guidance of students’ psychological problems,making students love their major.
