In recent years,the graduate education of regional universities,especially the graduate education,has developed rapidly,and has become a important part of the national graduate education.The quality of education has greatly affected the overall quality of the national graduate education.At present,academia has accumulated a large amount of literature on the cultivation of postgraduates,and many of them are aimed at the problem of graduate education in regional universities.But in general,the discussions from the perspective of the research literacy of postgraduates in regional universities are rare,and the evidence is particularly lacking.This article intends to carry out empirical research on the basis of drawing on previous achievements.Based on the analysis of existing research and system theory,combining the characteristics of research literacy of graduate students,the basic requirements of national and social development for graduate students,and the new characteristics of knowledge production,this study divides research literacy into research knowledge,research awareness,and research capabilities.,Five dimensions of research quality and research ethics.Based on this,a questionnaire survey is conducted on the status quo of the research literacy of postgraduates in regional colleges and universities,and the main disadvantages are:(1)lack of research method knowledge and insufficient depth of core professional knowledge;(2)lack of problem awareness,ability of finding problems and scientific research practice is weak.;(3)Utilization of research and scientific research motivation,and inappropriate research attitude;(4)Research literacy in gender,grade,discipline and specialty type,discipline and specialty consistency,graduate type,transfer status,and parental education level are markedly different.On this basis,this research also conducted in-depth interviews with some of the master students and supervisors who have obtained provincial excellent graduation thesis in regional colleges and universities to explore the law of their research literacy growth.The interview data show that the growth of case study literacy mainly benefits the positive interactions at the individual,mentor,and school organization levels.The personal level is mainly: firstly,the accumulation of pre-graduate studies and academic training make up for the lack of research knowledge and have a positive and positive impact on its research quality;Secondly,the motivation to pursue success helps to strengthen its research motivation,and has a positive impact on its problem awareness and research attitude;Thirdly,Persistent training makes up for the weak link in its research ability.The mentor level is mainly: Firstly,the mentor has a strong sense of responsibility based on life,and dialogues such as the teacher’s life have a positive impact on postgraduate research literacy;Secondly,the instructors have a strong sense of responsibility,high-frequency guidance and strict requirements have a positive impact on postgraduate research literacy.Thirdly,the emotional support of the mentor and other members of the faculty has a positive impact on the quality of their graduate research;Thirdly,the diversity guidance of mentors has a positive impact on their research capabilities.The organizational level of the school is mainly: firstly,high-quality classroom field to inspire thinking,improve the depth of its research knowledge,cultivate its innovative consciousness and ability to find problems;Secondly,high-quality extracurricular fields provide opportunities for research practice and improve their innovative awareness and research capabilities;Thirdly,an effective reward system enhances its research motivation.In view of the above research results,combined with field theory,this research puts forward the following suggestions for the development of research literacy of regional postgraduate graduate students: first,at the individual level,master graduates should reshape research habits;The tutor should create an acceptable academic field.Third,at the level of school organization,the institutional structure in the field should be optimized in order to effectively promote the development of the research literacy of regional college graduate students.
