High school is an important stage of self-understanding for teenager,to explore the outside world,at this stage completes the career education is helpful to improve high sc hool students career maturity.Career maturity refers to the certain career decision-making knowledge and attitude to make appropriate career decision-making on the basis of pre paration.Most studies of the influence of parents on the career development of adolescen ts rely on measures of the relationship between parents and adolescents,such as parentin g style.In the current field of youth career education,compared with the term "parenting style",the term "parents’ specific career behavior" is more targeted and persuasive.Ho wever,there are few studies on the influence of parents’ specific career behavior on the career development of adolescents,and the research on its internal mechanism is even le ss.The more experience career-related support from their parents,the more they engage i n career exploration and face fewer problems and greater career maturity in future caree r decisions.Under the guidance of bandura’s self-efficacy theory and social cognition theo ry,this study aims to explore the effect mechanism of career-specific parental behaviors on career maturity of high school students as well as targeted curriculum and interventio n research.It mainly includes the following two studies: the first study examines the infl uence of career-specific parental behaviors on career maturity of high school students.T o study the influence of curriculum intervention on vocational maturity of senior high s chool students.The important conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)High school students overall career maturity in the medium level,high school st udents of career maturity in gender differences.(2)Students with career-specific parental behaviors types,parental career intervention types and parental career absence types have different performance in each dimension o f vocational maturity.Students with parental career support types have the best performa nce in each dimension of vocational maturity.(3)Influence of career-specific parental behaviors types on career maturity and its o ccurrence mechanism.(4)The supplementary courses is a universal career course,which can promote the career maturity,professional self-knowledge,professional world knowledge and self-confi dence of students of different types of parents’ specific career behaviors.The self-regulat ed curriculum is suitable to be conducted in the form of group career guidance,and is applicable to the group whose parents score higher in career intervention,which helps to improve their independence and alleviate some problems in communication with their p arents.The study suggests that we should pay attention to the importance of parents in stu dents’ career education and encourage parents to participate in students’ career education with a supportive and democratic attitude.Career courses should be taught according to students’ aptitude,and the combination of large class courses and small class courses sh ould be emphasized to promote students’ career development by school.
