Career Maturity Of Higher Vocational College Students Relationship With Resilience And Self-Efficacy In Career Decision-Making And Intervention

In the process of evaluating higher vocational education,the employment status of higher vocational college students,the development trend of graduates and the recruitment status of major enterprises will become important standards for measuring the quality of higher vocational education teaching.How to improve the employment rate of college students,improve the employ ability of college students,and improve the support of enterprises for employment positions is an urgent problem to be solved by higher vocational colleges at present.How to improve the career maturity of college students,this research result has important theoretical and practical value for promoting the employment of college graduates and improving the maturity of work.The study used a questionnaire survey method,with 1060 Vocational college students as participants,and administered a scale of career maturity,occupational self-decision-making efficacy and psychological toughness.Using statistical methods such as ANOVA and correlation analysis,this study is mainly divided into three parts.The first is the analysis of the current situation of vocational college students’ career maturity.The second is the relationship between career maturity and professional self-decision-making efficacy and psychological toughness.And the third is the group intervention study to improve the career maturity of higher vocational college students.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The vocational maturity of higher vocational college students is moderately low,and the self-efficacy and psychological toughness of career decision-making are moderately high.The level of occupational maturity was significantly correlated with gender,family location,and whether or not an only child was born;(2)There was a significant correlation between the career maturity of vocational college students and their professional self-decision-making efficacy and psychological toughness.(3)psychological resilience plays a part-mediating role between the career maturity of higher vocational college students and their self-efficacy in career decision-making;(4)The intervention program designed based on the research results on the career maturity of higher vocational college students in Chongqing effectively improves the career maturity of higher vocational college students,and can be used as an intervention program for similar vocational college students to improve their career maturity.
