The students of secondary infant normal school are preschool educators in the future,shouldering the mission of promoting the harmonious and comprehensive development of children’s body and mind.However,with the decline in the quality of secondary infant normal school students,they have shown some bad living habits and learning habits,which affects the improvement of professional quality.In order to cultivate good habits of students and promote their healthy development,this article take students from Suzhou Infant Normal School in Anhui Province as the research object,investigated and analyzed the characteristics of the living habits and learning habits of students in infant normal school,and deeply analyzed the causes of students’ behavioral habit problems,then conducted an interview with head teachers in infant normal school,to understanding the situation of habit formation in class management,combined with action research,put forward the class management strategy for the infant normal school student habit formation.This article is mainly divided into seven parts.The introduction part mainly clarifies the origin of the problem,the purpose and significance of the research,and the thinking and methods of the research.The first part of the main text proposes that the habit formation work of infant normal school students should not be underestimated.Good habits are very important for their long-term development,the harmonious development of the class collective,the professional development of the head teachers,the construction of campus culture and the development of preschool education.The second part mainly analyzed the status quo of the living habits and learning habits of students in Suzhou Infant Normal School.The survey result shows that living habits are more prominent,but they will improve with the increase of students’ grades;civilized etiquette habits and moral behavior performance relatively good;classroom learning habits are generally better than extracurricular learning habits,but some good learning habits will reversely change with the increase of students’ grades;different genders and student origins have slightly characteristics in habit performance.The third part of the main text analyzed the complex causes of the habit formation problems from four aspects,including family,school,society and student themselves,family environment and improper parenting methods,school management,Internet and the bad social atmosphere,infant normal school students own characteristics have a certain influence on bad habits.The fourth part of the main text combines the interview with head teachers in infant normal school,and analyzed teacher’s understanding of habit formation and related class management work: the head teachers with more work experience pays more attention to the student’s habit formation and penetrates it into the various management tasks of class;thanks to the construction of the class committee and the class system,and class activities,the habits of students in the class are generally positively developed,but the behavior problems are easy to repeat,the small groups in the class are badly affected,and the support of family education and school management is lacking,bring about difficulties in work.The fifth part of the main text introduces the action research work carried out to cultivate the learning habits of infant normal school students.Combining educational practice work,at the end of the text,the class management strategy for infant normal school students’ habits are proposed: comprehensive analysis and understanding of students’ situation,deepening teacher-student interaction,paying attention to students’ psychological state;creating and improving class rules and regulations through the physical environment,theme class activities to improve students’ recognition of good habits,optimize the cultural environment of the class,and form a good class style;take the career development of students as the guide,establish students’ career ideals and beliefs,reshape good learning habits;play the role of student management to improve the class management organization system;strengthen team collaboration and use the power of the team;head teachers lead by example,strengthen education beliefs,continue to learn and reflect,explore effective class management methods,and timely prevent and correct deviations in student behavior and habits,guiding students develop good habits.
