Parent-school cooperative is an important content of school work,parent-school cooperative system is a parent-school cooperative work smoothly to carry out the necessary guarantee for the current,the society of China entering an important transition,education reform into the deep water area,under the education system and management system of dual transformation,parent-school cooperative system construction of modern school system construction of the growing significance of in reality,parent-school cooperative system is missing at present our country elementary school parent-school cooperative effectively promote the biggest obstacle.This study by reference to domestic and foreign research achievements about parent-school cooperative system,using literature research questionnaire investigation and interview method,the family school cooperation system construction and operation mechanism of investigation and study,found the problems existing in the primary school parent-school cooperative system and analyzes the reasons of the problems,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve primary school parent-school cooperative system suggest that the study found that primary parent-school cooperative system mainly in the system construction and system practice two aspects,the problems in the aspect of system construction,positioning and system construction problems are mainly system: positioning problem including parent-school cooperative marginalized parent-school cooperative organization in a subordinate position;The problems of construction include the incompleteness of the system and the absence of rules and regulations.The content problems include the unequal relationship between the two parties,the arbitrariness of the activity organization,the unclear rights and responsibilities of the two parties,the lack of evaluation and supervision of the activity;Security problems include inadequate funding and low resource integration.Based on summarizing and analyzing these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions: first,should do well in system planning,the need to under the construction of modern school system to reposition parent-school cooperative system construction should be brought into the school development overall planning,secondly,to perfect the parent-school cooperative system construction,establish a three-dimensional framework to set rules again,perfect system practically improving parent-school cooperative content,planning arrangements of continuous invite parents to participate in classroom teaching parents moderate clear boundaries on both sides of the responsibility to participate in school management and improve the supervision and feedback mechanism for examination and assessment of the results into the principals and teachers Finally,strengthen the guarantee of home-school cooperation system.Schools can improve home-school cooperation level by integrating community resources and establishing regional alliances.
