Higher vocational education along with China's economic construction and social progress, graduallydeveloped a new type of higher education is an important part of higher education in China. Beginning inthe1990s, the development of higher vocational education has been a rapid development, and increasinglydemonstrated its broad space for development and strong vitality, promoting China's economicdevelopment, social progress, technological innovation, personnel training and development of education isindispensable an important force.In the development of vocational education, the most important, the core is the Training Mode. Atpresent, the development of higher vocational training model there are still many problems affecting thedevelopment of higher vocational education. Exploration to adapt to economic and social developmentneeds, the effectiveness of higher vocational training model, higher vocational education to really cultivatethe social production of knowledge-based economy, construction, service, management, first line needs acomprehensive vocational ability and overall quality highly skilled personnel.In this paper, the analysis of domestic and foreign talent cultivation mode research on the basis ofstudies to optimize the development of higher vocational education personnel training mode.First, the concept of the development of higher vocational training model, the elements and the mainfeatures of Current Training Model for Higher Vocational Education in China, and on this basis, analyzingand summarizing the main of Higher Vocational Education Training Mode: The educational philosophy isunclear, personnel training objective fuzzy; professional construction of the lack of features; unreasonablecurriculum system, teaching content is relatively old; teaching methods, teaching methods, the use ofunscientific; weak teachers and irrational structure; quality evaluation methods need to be improved.Secondly, through the German "dual system" mode, Canada, the United States CBE mode,Australian TAFE mode, English BTEC mode, the MES mode as well as Singapore's "teaching factory"model to analyze and compare, explore the developed countries, occupational personnel Training thesuccessful experience of patterns and its China's higher vocational education personnel training usefulinspiration, mainly including: person-centered education thinking; a professional capacity for the standard of cultivation target; focus on practical ability; great importance to the construction of teaching staff; focuson integration of internal and external educational resources.Finally, the combination of China's higher vocational education personnel develop patterns trends,learn from foreign higher vocational education personnel cultured valuable experience, asked theaccelerated build and the reform of China's higher vocational education personnel training model of themeasures recommended: in the guidance of people-centered educational thinking of the next to train highlyskilled personnel of the future society of professional, market-oriented curriculum system to acomprehensive, modular development, teaching content and teaching methods more focus on the practicalability to accelerate the faculty of Double Type the construction of school-enterprise cooperation, walkingthe road of the Combination.
