| In recent years,with the advancement of education reform,a number of private independent colleges and universities have emerged in China.These independent institutions have greatly expanded the scale of education,so that more and more people can accept education.A high-quality teacher team is the prerequisite for the survival and development of the school.The construction and development of the school requires the dedication of teachers and talents of all departments.However,due to the limitations of independent colleges and the demands of college talents,the brain drain of independent colleges has become a common phenomenon,which severely limits the development of independent colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to study the brain drain of independent colleges,find out the common reasons for the brain drain,and then perfect the system of independent colleges,so as to better play the role of independent colleges.On the basis of previous studies,this paper summarizes the theories about brain drain,defines the concepts of independent college and brain drain,and analyzes the current situation of brain drain of coastal college in detail.On this basis,combined with the extended mobray intermediary chain model,the specific reasons for the loss of talents of the coastal college were found through the issuance of questionnaires and data analysis,such as the problems of the coastal college’s own system,the unmet needs of teachers and the external environment,etc.,and detailed analysis was made.Then,based on the relevant theories of human resource management and the specific situation of the seaside college,the author puts forward some countermeasures.It is hoped that haibin college and other similar independent colleges can be used for reference in personnel training,college construction and system formulation. |
