Study On The Cultivation Of“Craftsman Spirit”for Tourism Students In Secondary Vocational School

On March 5,2016,in a government report,Premier Li Keqiang of the state council proposed to vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmen,and General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)in2017 to promote the spirit of model workers and the spirit of craftsmen.At present,the tourism industry is facing the upgrading and transformation from a “big tourism country” to a“strong tourism country”,which cannot be separated from the dedication of high-quality tourism talents.At present,the education department has also issued some important documents on the development of vocational education,so as to deepen the reform of vocational education and comprehensively improve the quality of education.All these indicate that it is an inevitable choice to strengthen the training of "craftsman spirit" of the secondary vocational tourism students.This article selects secondary vocational school in Chongqing tourism professional students as the research object,using the method of questionnaire investigation,literature research,interviews and other research methods,on the basis of the analysis of relevant research results,refine the spirit of the craftsman’s tourism connotation,it mainly including the focus spirit of excelsior,the dedication spirit of devotion,the innovation spirit of enterprising,the service spirit of customer first.Then,the author makes an empirical investigation on the current situation of the cultivation of craftsman spirit among tourism majors in secondary vocational colleges in Chongqing.According to the findings,the problems in the current training work are mainly analyzed from five aspects.Second,the school,such as the curriculum design is not reasonable;Third,teachers,for example,pay less attention to the cultivation of "craftsman spirit".Fourth,the family,such as by the traditional view of the greater impact of occupation;Fifth,social aspects,such as the bad social atmosphere.In view of these problems,it is suggested that the cultivation of “craftsman spirit” of secondary vocational tourism students should be started from five aspects.Give play to subjective initiative and strengthen self-education;To realize the unity of knowledge and practice,implement the spirit of craftsman;Second,at the school level,the curriculum of craftsman culture should be developed and the curriculum system should be improved.With the second class as the lead,to create a campus “craftsman” atmosphere;We should promote modern apprenticeship and deepen school-enterprise cooperation.Third,at the level of teachers,we should actively promote the consciousness of cultivating “craftsman spirit”.Improve teachers’ “double quality,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff”;To setan example of the image,play an exemplary role;Fourth,at the family level,we should change the traditional concept and establish a correct career view.To create a good family atmosphere,inheritance of good family style tutor;We should take the initiative to enhance variously communication and jointly cultivate the spirit of craftsman.Fifth,at the social level,we should vigorously promote positive energy and form a good social atmosphere.We will intensify the publicity of “craftsman spirit” and create an atmosphere of social artisans.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the hope of providing referential Suggestions for the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational tourism students.
