Effects Of Human Capital Heterogeneity On Productivity Differences In Secondary And Tertiary Industries

With the deepening of the reform and opening up,although China’s economic development has reached a new level,there are also some problems,such as the transformation of the economic structure,the rise of labor costs,the low productivity of the tertiary industry,regional economic development imbalance.Based on these problems,this paper makes some detailed researches on the heterogeneity of human capital,the upgrading of industrial structure and the difference of productivity in secondary and tertiary industries.The paper along the homogenous,interaction between human capital and industrial structure upgrade and secondary and tertiary industries productivity differences influence region,and the upgrading of industrial structure as a threshold,the heterogeneous type human capital influence area,secondary and tertiary industries productivity differences first combed the references at home and abroad,this human capital can be divided into type dishomogeneous human capital and coessential human capital,and then from the aspects of theory explains the heterogeneous and homogeneous human capital directly affect productivity differences between industries.Then,the influence of homogeneous human capital on the upgrading of regional industrial structure is explained,and on this basis,the mechanism of homogeneous labor force on the productivity difference of secondary and tertiary industries is studied.Finally,in order to test whether the theoretical mechanism conforms to the actual situation in China,this paper establishes the panel and threshold model,and conducts an empirical analysis with the help of Stata measurement software,and obtains the following conclusions:Frist,heterogeneous human capital has a significant convergence effect on inter-industry productivity differences;At different levels of industrial structure upgrading,heterogeneous human capital has a nonlinear effect on inter-industry productivity difference.That is to say,with the continuous improvement of industrial structure upgrading level,heterogeneous human capital has a significantly stronger convergence effect on the productivity difference of secondary and tertiary industries.Second,homogeneous human capital will not have a direct impact on inter-industry productivity differences;However,homogeneous human capital can significantly converge the productivity differences of secondary and tertiary industries by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,which may be related to the cross-industry transfer of labor force in China.Finally according to the actuality of our country and the results of regression,puts forward the relevant policy implications: suitable for the situation of our country’s industrial development policy,increasing investment in dishomogeneous human capital,and adjust measures to local conditions,according to the regional development level of different industries to specify introduce talents policy,human capital and the matching of the industrial structure.
