Under the background of dual innovation,various new industries,new formats,and new models are constantly emerging,the social economy is growing rapidly,and innovation and entrepreneurship are rapidly emerging in China.The "2019 Government Work Report" proposes that China’s mass entrepreneurship and innovation are advancing in depth,and emerging industries are booming,with an average of more than 18,000 new companies per day.It can be seen that the importance of mass entrepreneurship and innovation is increasing.Be aware of people and the government.With the rise of entrepreneurial activities,technological entrepreneurship has gradually become the focus of national innovation and entrepreneurship development,and entrepreneurs have gradually become the focus of attention.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the construction of an innovative country requires the cultivation of high-quality innovative entrepreneurial talents.University graduates have gradually become the main force of scientific and technological entrepreneurship.They possess cutting-edge professional knowledge,scientific research capabilities and innovative thinking methods that can be achieved through entrepreneurial activities The industrialization of high and new technology has promoted sustained,rapid and healthy economic development.The “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” for Degree and Postgraduate Education Development issued by the Ministry of Education and the Degree Committee of the State Council clearly stated that it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents and encourage and support graduates to start businesses.As the main body of graduate entrepreneurship education,colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.From the government level,it can be seen that the government has placed a prominent position in encouraging and supporting graduate entrepreneurship education.At this stage,postgraduate students are more comprehensive than doctoral students and more professional than undergraduate students.Postgraduate students have endowment advantages such as age,knowledge,and abilities.They are also more entrepreneurial and easier to achieve entrepreneurial achievements.At present,the education of postgraduates in colleges and universities is mainly to train academic and scientific research talents,and their scientific research capabilities are relatively prominent.Accelerating the transformation of scientific research results can promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.Match with the entrepreneurial ability of the graduate students? What entrepreneurial abilities should masters have? Can the entrepreneurial ability possessed by the master’s degree students allow them to generate enough entrepreneurial interest and prepare for entrepreneurship? How should the government guide colleges and universities to cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of postgraduate students and carry out targeted entrepreneurship education,and how should the government build a good entrepreneurial environment from policies and services? Based on the above problems,this paper carried out this research.In this paper,empirical research is conducted on the relationship between the entrepreneurial ability of postgraduates and entrepreneurial behavior tendency,mainly based on literature review,and the entrepreneurial ability(innovative thinking ability,entrepreneurial knowledge,scientific research ability,relationship ability)of master graduate students is taken as independent variables and entrepreneurial self-efficacy(Confidence efficacy,sense of control effectiveness)as intermediary variables,entrepreneurial behavior tendencies as dependent variables to explore the relationship between the three,and then put forward research hypotheses.This study used questionnaires to collect data.Through online and offline interviews with postgraduate students from Sichuan University,Southwest Jiaotong University and Southwest University for Nationalities,274 valid questionnaires were collected.After empirical analysis of the variables in this article,it is learned that the entrepreneurial ability of postgraduates has a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior tendency.The stronger the entrepreneurial ability of the master graduate students,the higher the entrepreneurial behavior tendency,but through this study,it is found that there is no significant influence between the scientific research ability and entrepreneurial behavior tendency of the graduate student entrepreneurial ability;Ability indirectly affects entrepreneurial behavior tendency by affecting entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Aiming at the problems found in the results of the research on entrepreneurial ability of graduate students’ entrepreneurial behavior,this article is guided by public management,from reforming the entrepreneurship education system for master students,strengthening the promotion of entrepreneurship culture for graduate students,perfecting the entrepreneurship service platform for graduate students,and optimizing the government’s management of graduate students.Entrepreneurship support and other aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide a certain degree of guidance and reference for the postgraduate group to enhance entrepreneurial ability,enhance entrepreneurial confidence,and carry out entrepreneurial activities.
