The educational level of teachers is an important index to measure the quality of the teaching staff,and it is also a reflection of the educational level of a country.As an important way to promote the professional exhibition of in-service teachers,academic qualification promotion has been paid more and more attention by scholars all over the world.There is no doubt that the improvement of academic qualifications can promote the change of teachers.The contents and problems of the change of teachers deserve further study and discussion.This research mainly uses the interview method and the case analysis method,carries on the research to four in-service teachers who are studying for master’s degree,the key lies in starting from the teacher own main body,through the further analysis teacher qualifications promotion brings the change,this paper probes into the problems and deficiencies in the master study of in-service teachers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote teachers to promote their own development by upgrading their academic qualifications.This study is mainly elaborated from the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the origin,significance,core concepts and literature review of the research are introduced,and the research progress at home and abroad is analyzed.Secondly,it introduces the basic ideas,methods and objects of the research.Finally,it analyzes the key and difficult points and innovation points of this research.The second part mainly introduces the structural dimensions of teacher change and the theoretical basis of teacher change.Teacher change is mainly divided into four dimensions,namely,teacher professional identity,teacher professional ethics,teacher professional knowledge and teacher professional ability.At the same time,it explores the theoretical basis of teacher change,including motivation theory,lifelong learning theory and Knowles adult learning theory,so as to provide theoretical support for analyzing teacher change.The third part will analyze the changes of teachers from four dimensions,that is,the changes of teachers’ professional identity,professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability before and after studying for the master’s degree.The fourth part mainly analyzes the characteristics of teachers’ change after the promotion of education background and points out the problems still existing in it.Improve teachers’ professional identity and moral sense,knowledge get deeper understanding,improve professional ability,but in the teacher education still has some problems worth exploring research in the process of ascension,for example,teachers flow problem,the lack of knowledge ontology,practice problems such as lack of supervision and the lack of theory with practice ability.In the fifth part,according to the problems or deficiencies of teachers in the process of promoting their own change,the suggestions are put forward from the aspects of teachers themselves,the government and normal colleges.Firstly,individual teachers should strengthen their self-identity and improve their self-learning consciousness.Secondly,the government issued relevant education policies to establish an incentive mechanism for promoting academic qualifications.Finally,colleges and universities should reform the teacher training mode to create more channels for in-service teachers to improve their academic qualifications.First,expand the enrollment scale of Master of Education and train high-quality teachers;Second,set up professional elective courses and establish an open multi-curriculum system.Third,expand practical courses,strengthen the combination of theory and practice;Fourth,enhance the guidance of the mentor,advocate communication between teachers and students.
