School enterprise cooperation is a very common and representative talent training mode in the current vocational education in China.The loose mode of school enterprise cooperation training has been gradually out of line with the needs of social development.Vocational education wants to cultivate talents more in line with the trend of social development,we must broaden the scope and depth of school enterprise cooperation,which is not only the education reform of vocational colleges,but also an important way for enterprises to harvest talents.With the continuous transformation of vocational colleges,the quality of talent cultivation has been increasingly promoted to the agenda.GT vocational college is a private higher vocational college which mainly trains technical talents.With its steady development,how GT college breaks through the shackles in the relatively underdeveloped environment of Gansu Province,and how to form competitiveness with local and even non provincial schools with more mature conditions and better qualifications is a problem that GT vocational college needs to consider carefully.The paper is divided into six chapters: using the literature method,the background of the topic,the current situation of school enterprise cooperative talents training at home and abroad,relevant theories and literature are combed and summarized,mainly to lay the theoretical basis for the school enterprise cooperative talents training;using the questionnaire survey and interview two methods to carry out the problems and reasons in the training mode of GT Vocational College and Fangte happy world school enterprise cooperative talents To explore,from the enterprise,teachers and students and other aspects of the problem analysis,considering the government,enterprises and schools and other aspects of the cause analysis,pointing out its fundamental causes.Through the summary and induction method,the paper puts forward the scheme that can effectively promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,corresponding to the problems analyzed in this paper,which has reference significance for solving the problems of school enterprise construction.
