Study On University-enterprise Cooperation Model Of Vocational Skills Contest

In recent 20 years,the government attaches great importance to and under the guidance of relevant policy,our country's higher vocational education has been booming.Higher vocational education development is the objective requirement of economic and social development in our country,however,to cultivate can meet the demand of social economic development and enterprise of high-quality skilled personnel,selecting university-enterprise cooperation has become the strategic requirements of higher vocational colleges.Colleges and universities of professional skills contest is an important focus of university-enterprise cooperation.Unfortunately,however,in terms of our country's colleges and universities vocational skills contest,owing to the high threshold requirement of the enterprise and the causes of low short-term gains,at present the main is still the government-leading,school to participate in a hot situation,difficult to achieve win-win cooperation.On this background,based on the integrated use of system theory,human capital theory,constructivism learning theory,on the basis of relevant theories,using literature analysis,case analysis and the method of comparative analysis to the enterprise name's vocational skills contest university-enterprise cooperation models of research are studied.Research shows that: the occupation skill competition,as a new cup of college development of school enterprise cooperation platform is relatively mature,enterprise competition organization and substantive participation in competition activities and other aspects,the design,implementation and evaluation must be consistent with the enterprise job requirements and standards,which provides detailed information and skills requirement for occupation education colleges and universities;at the same time,networking engineering training system relies on a new,independent research and development of 2 NLE-JS2000,the mobile Internet applications such as games,can deal with industrial need,and directly to the enterprise paid technology into the occupation education.Moreover,this model will also bring substantial returns for the enterprise,on the one hand,the title of the new mainland enterprises to participate in the contest in the industry to demonstrate the strength of enterprises and enhance the influence;on the other hand,enterprises directly involved in the occupation college related professional construction and development,cultivate a large number of talents for enterprises.Finally,this paper points out some problems existing in the mode of school enterprise cooperation,such as the lack of participation in some enterprises,excessive pursuit of competition results,and the lack of mutual benefit and win-win mechanism and interaction platform between school and enterprise.In view of the existing problems and analysis of its causes,this paper puts forward the construction methods of talent training under the mode of school enterprise cooperation in college vocational skills competition.Including improving the administrative function of the government,schools play a leading role,both sides of the mining management resources,the higher vocational colleges in the policy guidance and support,to enhance their cooperation in charm,attract enterprises actively participate in the construction of long-term development mechanism of school enterprise cooperation.
