The school-enterprise cooperation model is a model for achieving resource sharing and mutual benefit.This model makes full use of the advantages of enterprises and schools and cultivates talents that meet market and social needs.In recent years,major universities have successively launched school-enterprise cooperation and employed enterprise professionals to serve as part-time teachers.Since the teaching of part-time teachers from enterprise is different from the full-time teachers in the university.The characteristic is that the part-time teachers have more practical experience and the teaching content is more practical.Therefore,they cannot be evaluated by the teaching quality evaluation system in universities.At present,there are few researches on the teaching quality evaluation of part-time teachers in school-enterprise cooperation model.Most of them only stay in the theoretical research stage.Constructing a set of the teaching quality evaluation system for part-time teachers from enterprise under the school-enterprise cooperation model can not only provide a basis for the teacher's adjustment of teaching behavior,but also provide a reference for the school to develop a reasonable evaluation.By studying the teaching quality evaluation theory of colleges and universities and the concepts of school-enterprise cooperation,part-time teachers and teaching quality,this thesis has clarified the construction basis of the teaching quality evaluation index system.This paper uses survey method to visit seven software companies that cooperate with universities to learn about the company's assessment standards for the teaching quality of part-time teachers.On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign literatures,the evaluation indexes of teachers' teaching quality are collected.Combining the assessment requirements of the company on the teaching quality for part-time teachers and the basic standards of the university's teaching quality,twenty five indicators were initially selected from the five dimensions of teacher quality?teaching attitude?teaching content?teaching methods and teaching effectiveness.Then select the representative college students and ask them to score the importance of the teachers' teaching quality evaluation indicator.Through the validity and reliability of the acquired data and descriptive statistical analysis,it is proved that the data is reliable and effective.On this basis,the use of factor analysis method to simplify the evaluation of indicators projects,and ultimately determine the 13 teaching quality evaluation indicators.Finally,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index of the teaching quality of the part-time teachers in the enterprise,and the evaluation system of the teaching quality of the part-time teachers under the school-enterprise cooperation model was formed.The teaching quality evaluation system includes three first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators of “prerequisites for teaching”,“teaching organization process” and “teaching effectiveness”.This paper selects the students of software engineering major of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as the evaluation objects,and uses the teaching quality evaluation system of the part-time teachers constructed by the company and the teaching quality evaluation system of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology respectively to evaluate the teaching quality of the teachers in the school and the part-time teachers in the company.The comprehensive evaluation method analyzes the evaluation data and obtains the evaluation result.The evaluation data is analyzed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the evaluation result.Analyze and contrast the two sets of evaluation systems,find the indicators that affect the evaluation results,and provide basis for the adjustment of teaching behavior of part-time teachers in enterprises.The experimental results show that the teaching quality evaluation index system constructed in this thesis can accurately and effectively evaluate the teaching quality of the teachers in the university and enterprise.This thesis establishes a teaching evaluation index system for enterprise part-time teachers under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation through qualitative and quantitative research methods,and proves the effectiveness of the system through practical application.
