Study On The Coordination Measurement And Influencing Mechanism Of Urbanization Of Population-Land In Jiangsu Province

Population urbanization and land urbanization are two very important components in the process of urbanization.Population urbanization is the core connotation of new-type urbanization,and land urbanization is a realistic representation of new-type urbanization.The coordinated development between the two has a profound impact on the current level of new urbanization and the future direction of urban-rural relations.This article mainly takes Jiangsu Province as the object of study,based on the following two main social phenomena: First,the level of urbanization is unrealistically high.This phenomenon actually points to the stable migration and employment of rural people living in cities,Although they are counted as urban population,they Failure to enjoy the same public service treatment as the urban registered population,forming a professional and regional semi-citizenization.The second is the unbalanced development of regional “population-land” urbanization.The level of urbanization in southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu has a step-shaped gap due to complex historical and political reasons.At present,it is particularly reflected in the gap of the degree of economic development between regions and the level of social security.This article analyzes theoretically and empirically the phenomenon of "population-land" urbanization development imbalance in Jiangsu Province,revealing the realistic level,fluctuation effect and spatial distribution of coordinated development of "population-land" urbanization in 13prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province The realistic basis of characterization,theoretically analyzes the influencing factors of the unbalanced development of "population-land" urbanization,and based on the purpose of revitalizing and dissolving the unbalanced state in the countryside,proposes three ways to achieve it.First,changing the "land-finance" thinking Promote the sustainability of urbanization growth.Second,reform the "hukou-border" system,continue to promote urban settlement and equalization of urban and rural public services,and third,promote urban-rural integration and development,and promote urban-rural integration and north-south integration.The research in this article can provide a certain theoretical and practical basis for Jiangsu’s "new urbanization","harmonious development of the three major regions" and "integrated planning for urban and rural development".
