Volleyball is one of the ball sports,which belongs to the skill-led antagonistic event group.Complex and diverse technical movements and flexible tactical coordination are characteristics of volleyball.Volleyball is also one of the compulsory courses for physical education majors in my country’s colleges and universities,and it plays an indispensable role in my country’s physical education.In recent years,the rapid economic and social development of our country has put forward higher requirements for physical education.Volleyball is one of the important sports in physical education,and its teaching work should also conform to the development of the times and strive to improve and innovate.Affected by the enrollment policy of our country’s colleges and universities,the physical education majors are widely distributed,and the volleyball skills of students are uneven when they enter the school.It is difficult to respect individual differences of students with traditional teaching methods,and is not conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and it is difficult to achieve true quality education.In this context,how to maximize the development of students of different levels in classroom teaching has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars.This article adopts the method of literature data,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,teaching experiment method and other research methods.A total of 40 people in the two teaching groups of the 2018-level physical education major of the Sports Science and Technology College of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were used as the experimental objects.Among them,the 18-level21 group was the experimental group,20 people,the 18-level 22 group was the control group,and 20 people were conducted for one semester.16 weeks,64 hours of teaching experiment.In the teaching experiment,the experimental group adopts the layered cooperative teaching method,and the control group adopts the traditional teaching method.Each index test is performed before and after the teaching experiment,and the data obtained is analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis software to test the layered cooperative teaching The teaching effect of method in the teaching of volleyball technique of physical education major.Conclusion as below:(1)The hierarchical cooperative teaching method is suitable for the teaching of volleyball technique in college physical education majors.Due to the wide range of student sources of physical education majors in colleges and universities,the volleyball skills of students in different regions are different when they enter the school.The layered cooperative teaching method can be reasonably grouped according to the volleyball skills of different students before teaching,and the students of all levels can be reasonably set The teaching goals,teaching methods,and practice methods ensure that students without volleyball foundation can achieve their teaching goals,so that students with volleyball foundation can make progress.(2)The hierarchical cooperative teaching method can effectively improve the volleyball technical level of physical education students.The experimental results show that the students in the experimental group and the control group have made significant progress in volleyball skills,but the improvement of the experimental group is significantly better than the control group,especially in the technical evaluation of the experimental group’s performance.This shows that the students in the experimental group are more proficient in volleyball skills.(3)The use of hierarchical cooperative teaching method or traditional teaching method has no significant impact on the development of students’ physical fitness.The results of the experiment show that,with the exception of run-up touch,the results of several other physical fitness tests have increased but not significantly.The reason for the increase in the index of approach and touch is also related to the improvement of students’ take-off technique.Since the experiment time is relatively short and the growth of physical fitness cannot be improved in a short period of time,the impact of layered cooperative teaching method and traditional teaching method on physical fitness needs further research.(4)The application of hierarchical cooperative teaching method can significantly enhance students’ awareness of cooperation and correct their volleyball learning attitude.Through the comparison of the test results of the two groups of students before and after the experiment,it is concluded that the cooperative awareness and volleyball learning attitude of the experimental group and the control group have been significantly improved,and the improvement of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group.This shows that the use of layered and cooperative teaching method in the teaching of volleyball skills for physical education majors in colleges and universities can more stimulate students’ spirit of unity and develop students’ interest in volleyball.
