Analysis On The Risk Management Of Football Matches In Wuhan Military Games

As the highest level of military participation,the World Military Games has been held for seven consecutive sessions,known as the "military Olympics",the Wuhan Military Games is also another major comprehensive event held by China after the Beijing Olympic Games.Large sports events all have risks.How to successfully hold this event and strengthen risk management,especially the risk management of football matches is the research of this paper.Risk management is a scientific management method in which people predict,identify,analyze and evaluate the risks they may encounter,and on this basis,effectively control the risks.In China,there is still a lack of systematic analysis and research on the risk management of large-scale sports events,and the training of risk consciousness of sports workers is not enough.This is very unfavorable to the development of large-scale sports events,sports market development and sports industrialization in China in the future.This paper,taking Wuhan military-transport football risk management as the analysis object,using the method of literature,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,combining with the characteristics of football games,the games preparation stage,the execution phase,the final stage of the event to carry on the analysis,the risk of default Through the analysis and identification of the overall status quo and main risks of Wuhan Military Games football risk management,according to the process of risk management identification,analysis,evaluation and response,this paper analyzes the risk management of Wuhan Military Games football matches.The conclusions are as follows:1.Influencing factors of football matches in Wuhan Military GamesThe risk factors of football matches in Wuhan Military Games mainly involve two categories: one is the risk factors brought about by the large scale of the matches,including the large number of participants,the large number of matches and training venues,the intensive competition schedule,poor scheduling and coordination,which increases the possibility of risk;Second,the risk factors of the organization and management of the event,including the cross-section of the organizing committee,the difficulty of command and dispatch,the complicated division of rights and responsibilities of the various departments of the methods.Therefore,strengthening the research on the technology and method of risk management for matches is the premise of the development of match risk management.It is also the key to determine whether the risk management method can adapt to the current risk management theory and better transform it into the service of human race.3.Strengthen the integration of multidisciplinary and risk management theoriesAccording to the risk theory of management and the theory of professional sports disciplines,strengthen the combination of risk theory of management and professional sports disciplines,further explore the theory and method of risk management in line with the requirements of sports events,strengthen the interdisciplinary integration,learn from each other’s strengths.
