Social Work Intervention Residents Participate In Community Governance Research

As the basic unit of national social governance,community plays an import ant role in social governance.2020 is the decisive period of our country’s battle to overcome poverty,our country has fully realized the relocation of poverty alleviati on in different areas,entering the post-removal era,residents’participation in c ommunity governance and other follow-up issues have become the focus of attention.Based on this,under the guidance of multiple co-governance theory and advantage pe rspective theory,this paper takes the poverty alleviation and relocation community in Dushan County W Guizhou Province as the research object,uses the case study metho d to carry on the research,collects the research data by means of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and participation observation.According to the research,the W community residents’participation in co mmunity governance community,neighborhood committee and residents themselves.This paper analyzes the process of social work intervention,adopts the community wo rk method under the regional development mode,mainly focuses on excavating and ut ilizing community resources,cultivating community self-organization and carrying ou t various kinds of professional service activities,so as to cultivate residents’sub jective consciousness and ability to participate,broaden residents’participation channels,enrich residents’participation content,and promote the continuous i mprovement of community multi-subject consultation platform.It is an opportunity and a challenge for social work to intervene in the participati on of relocated communities from inhospitable areas.Take the role of coordination an d liaison,resource intermediary,supporter,problem inspiration and catalyst.In additio n,social work is mainly designed to play its guiding and promoting role through provi ding various professional service activities,and the intervention of residents ’pa rticipation to residents in community governance is limited.Therefore,the problem of residents’participation in community governance still needs the participation o f more social forces.
