The rise of early education in our country, becomes more popular and importanta, however, the points, purposes and achievements have not had certain standards. In this way, the early education programs are quite messed up. Especially about the goals and meanings, so far no one is able to define standards of levels of early education. The situation reveals that the early education programs in China lack of clear standards. Although early education programs become popular lately, without clear standards they would never really help children. This research bases on the foundation of multiple intelligence theory. The theory offers an achievable questionnaire of testing children’s developments. The research provides not only the theories as foundation but also the standards of early education for the programs and families. The early education would have clear basic theories and evidences. The questionnaires would help researchers know about children’s intelligences and then tell the improvement. Also, if there is any lack of children’s intelligences, the children could be helped to fill up the disadvantages.Prepared "0-3years old infants Multiple Intelligences questionnaire" for this research, first by observing the interview research, to borrow the behavior description of0-3years old infants and young children in our province of Multiple Intelligences behavioral characteristics of performance for the questionnaire, through the relevant literatureresearch as well as a description of teachers and parents of infant behavior, analysis integrated to produce the "0-3years old infants Multiple Intelligences questionnaire" predict questionnaire. On the basis of pre-test questionnaire expert assessment, statistical analysis, concluded that the "0-3years old infants Multiple Intelligences questionnaire" official questionnaire. As a rearing to answer the questionnaire, the questionnaire design in line with the principle of popular, simple, understandable, involving a total of eight dimensions of140topics. The process of compilation measured321people, including38 people to do the test-retest reliability test. Statistics using SPSS v13.0software for data analysis.In this research, the following results were obtained:1. Complete the formal "The0-3years old infants multiple intelligence development questionnaire", with multiple intelligence before the eight kinds of intelligence for eight dimensions, divided into19age, a total of140questions. Using statistical analysis of test, get the reliability and validity to meet the requirement of use, which can be used as a measurement to the infant’s multiple intelligence development basically.2. In general, the infants’s multiple intelligence exist significant differences in their own sex, the only child or non-exclusive children in one family. Girls score in most of the dimension higher than the boys’score, such as words, music, association and introspection intelligence dimension. However, in other dimensions, the boys’score higher than girls’, such as body, natural and logical intelligence. One child scored better than non-only child. Age difference was not significant.3.Infants in the development of multiple intelligences in the parents’ education, under the influence of local factors, there exists significant difference. Parents of high levels of performance the better for infants of multiple intelligences, but the cultural degree too high may influence infant intelligence development. Multiple Intelligences of the infants of the city develop better than the county’s infants in each dimension.
