| Vocational education textbook is an important carrier to improve the quality of vocational education personnel training.The standardized management of vocational education textbook authors is an important guarantee to improve the quality of vocational education textbooks.At present,the selection,management and evaluation of the authors of professional courses’ textbooks in higher vocational education are not perfect.The research on the identity of the authors of professional courses’ textbooks in higher vocational education is of great significance to improve the construction of textbooks in higher vocational education,clarify the main responsibility of the compilation of textbooks,and standardize the identity of the compilers.Based on the clue of "who is compiling the professional courses’ textbooks in higher vocational education? Who should compile it? What factors affect the identity of the author? How to regulate the identity of the author of the textbook",this paper selects the author of the national standard textbook of professional courses in higher vocational education as the research object,and makes a systematic research on this problem.Based on the social role theory,identity theory and post structuralist identity theory,this paper constructs the analysis framework of the author identity of national standard textbooks for higher vocational professional courses.First of all,400 authors were randomly selected from the national standard textbooks of professional courses in higher vocational education in the 12 th Five Year Plan and 13 th Five Year Plan,and their identities were investigated;Secondly,through interviews with five excellent and typical authors of national standard textbooks for professional courses in higher vocational education,the author’s identity is explored;Thirdly,it studies the gap between the author’s identity of national standard textbooks and national standard textbooks,and puts forward the requirements of the author’s identity of national standard textbooks;Finally,it explores the social factors that affect the identity of the author of the national standard textbooks of higher vocational professional courses.On this basis,this study points out that it is necessary to do a good job in the selection,management,training and evaluation of the authors of the national standard textbooks for professional courses in higher vocational education,so as to standardize the identity of the authors of the national standard textbooks for professional courses in higher vocational education.To sum up,the conclusions of this study are as follows: first,the identity of textbook author is highly related to the quality of higher vocational professional textbooks.Specifically,based on the analysis of the authors of national standard textbooks,this study finds that the age,education background,professional title,work unit and geographical distribution of the authors of national standard textbooks are related to the quality of higher vocational professional textbooks;Second,the construction of the identity of the author of the professional courses’ textbooks in higher vocational education needs the active assistance of other social factors,such as groups,colleges,management mechanism and market factors;Third,the primary task of standardizing the identity of textbook authors is to standardize the construction of the compiling staff,such as actively selecting high-level university scholars and teachers of higher vocational colleges to edit textbooks,and vigorously encouraging enterprise personnel with educational feelings to participate in the compilation of textbooks;Fourthly,the author’s identity standard of professional courses’ textbooks in higher vocational education needs to be guaranteed by perfect selection mechanism,supervision and evaluation mechanism,and good monitoring system. |
