| With the speeding up of the social development process,The complicated social environment and the various social news coming to the face have a great impact on Teenagers in the life-shaping period,and have also led to the frequent occurrence of safety issues for teenagers in recent years.The high incidence of school bullying,youth suicide,hurting others,drug use and other disrespectful and life-harming behaviors reveals to us the vacancy of life education in teenagers’ education.Life education is education related to life,and the education of all people.It contains the whole process of life and the difficulties encountered in the growth,However,the existing life education activities have problems such as lack of attention to life education,unclear understanding of the concept of life education,boring and single education mode of life education,and difficulty in forming a system of life education,which cannot meet the needs of Teenager.This article takes the F community as a fieldwork site,uses the method of group work,and is guided by the needs of life education for Teenager in F community,combining the four dimensions of life,namely "people and themselves","people and people","people and environment" and " "Human and Life" conducts research on the practice of youth life education.Ground on the relevant research at home and abroad and based on the concepts and theories related to life education,this paper gives a detailed description of life education,which provides sufficient theoretical reference basis for the writing of this paper.Subsequently,the interview method and observation method were used to conduct detailed investigation and analysis on the life cognition of Teenager in F community,the difficulties of Teenager in life education,and the needs of Teenager in life education,so as to prepare sufficient information for the development of practical work.The follow-up social work intervention in the service practice of youth life education in the F community is the focus of this article.According to the preliminary study and the analysis of the actual situation of the F community,the design team plan focuses on describing and analyzing the practical process of youth life education activities,aiming to improve the youth The life cognition and consciousness of life provide experience for Teenager’s life education practice.Finally,the results of this research are summarized,and professional reflection and enlightenment are put forward.The conclusions are as follows through practical research of group work: First of all,the effect of group work intervention in life education is significant.However,the long-term and sustainable development of Teenager life education in the field of social work is limited by the importance of social work organizations and the professional ability of social workers;Finally,the application of Rogers’ s theory of personality self to arouse Teenagers’ autonomy and motivation.And The article discusses the content of life education for Teenagers and practice patterns of life are better able to promote the development and practice of life education,contribute to the formation of a good educational environment and atmosphere,To create a life-first environment for Teenagers,and to ensure the healthy growth of young people. |
