Drama education is an important means to expand the scope of learning and improve the curriculum system.It can create learning space for children and provide opportunities to participate in drama activities.There is a shortage of current drama education activities.To solve this problem,it is of practical significance to dig deep into the educational resources of traditional culture.In Chinese culture,folk tales are an important component.Folk tales have tortuous plots and a wide range of subjects.The stories have shaped many characters with distinctive personalities.The use of folk tales to carry out drama education activities can enable children to obtain good emotional experience.Applying some folktales to children’s drama education can not only inherit and carry forward traditional culture,but also enrich and improve the folktale research system.According to the paradigm of action research,researchers divided the research into stages,including preparation stage,implementation stage,and summary stage.In the preparation stage,the researchers sorted out the relevant literature,carried out preliminary research activities,and pointed out the defects and shortcomings exposed in the kindergarten folk story activities through the research.The existing problems include: the set activity goals are unreasonable,and the selected activities lack flexibility,Single implementation method of activities,etc.The implementation stage is composed of three parts.Many folk story teaching and story sharing activities have been organized.In the first part,the researchers organize children to participate in folk story sharing activities to understand children’s interests and needs and preferences;in the second part,the researchers organize and carry out Folk story activities create a theater performance space according to the characteristics of children to ensure that children can get a good experience when participating in activities.In the third part,through optimizing and perfecting folk story activities,adjusting guidance strategies,so that children’s artistic potential can be stimulated.Mobilize their enthusiasm for participating in artistic creation activities.After the analysis of the development of folk stories,it is found that the space-time factor is the necessary condition for the implementation of folk stories into drama education activities,that children of various types participate in the play of their subjectivity in the role experience,and that rich organizational forms and targeted teaching strategies are the effective means for the development of teaching activities.After summarizing the implementation experience of related activities,this paper analyzes the strategies adopted and functions played by teachers in the activities of folk stories,and provides some scientific guidance for teachers to carry out the activities of folk stories.In order to ensure the smooth development of such activities,the feasibility suggestions were put forward from the aspects of regional environment creation,activity design strategy and guidance strategy application.
