Research On The Application Of Blog In Knowledge Management Of School Education

If the modern education adhere to teach "modern student" with "knowledge in the past" to adjust to the "future society" ,the education will be abandoned by the society. As an educator ,if he can't create or innovate his own knowledge he may not fit for the innovative talent. All these calls the teacher and the student to utilize modern information technology tools to manage the explicit knowledge and the tacit knowledge in education field .The soul of knowledge management lies in it can offer the space which is exchanged knowledge ,no doubt, blog can offer such a platform to exchange .The concept of the blog began to introduce to our country in 2002 after appearing at the end of the 1990s,the fourth kind of network exchange way that is considered to be appearing following Email,BBS,ICQ ,even some people liken it to"the Fourth leading milestone in Internet".As a knowledge management tool,the blog is a hot spot being to study currently in application in education ,it is one kind of simple technology and advanced idea union .Blog utilizing in the knowledge management in shool education is beneficial to exchange the taxit knowledge into the explicit knowledge, beneficial to the teacher self-examination, self-assessment ,self-improvement and it is useful to accumulate the teaching knowledge.It can make the exchange between the teacher and the teacher or the student and the student rise to a higher level .It also can be able to satisfy the need under the complicated knowledge environment .At first ,this paper introduced the concepts of the blog and the knowledge management then it analysed the blog applied in knowledge management in school education and it suggested the function module which the blog knowledge management system in school education should have .Finally, the paper designed the realizing steps to contrive the knowledge management system in school education using the blog and the relative technology.
