In March 2018,according to the State Council’s institutional reform plan approved at the first session of the 13 th National People’s Congress,the Emergency Management Department of the People’s Republic of China was established,and the national comprehensive fire rescue team was recruited to the society.A large number of vocational emergency rescue technology students joined the position of national comprehensive firefighters,and the rescue tasks of the national comprehensive fire rescue team were complex and multifaceted.The need for rescue personnel to work in harsh environments for a long time poses higher requirements for the physical fitness of firefighting and rescue personnel.The arrangement of fire professional physical fitness training courses is aimed at students adapting to the needs of their job positions in advance,starting from practical experience,and developing a scientific and reasonable physical fitness training plan for fire rescue personnel in the rescue process is currently an urgent problem to be solved.This paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on to study the physical training program design and implementation effect of the physical training program of the fire protection major in higher vocational colleges,and selects the first class of students of the fire protection major in Deyang Vocational College of Science and Trade in 2020 as the experimental objects.Verify the effectiveness of the physical training program design through pre and post experimental test results.The purpose is to provide feasible suggestions for the rational and scientific arrangement of physical fitness training courses for higher vocational firefighting majors,guide course construction,and improve the basic physical fitness level of firefighting and rescue personnel.The following conclusions have been drawn through research:1.It was found that the FMS test scores and fire physical fitness tests of fire rescue team personnel have mostly improved and showed significant differences.2.The fire safety professional physical fitness training course is divided into three stages based on the relevant theories and principles of sports training,namely preparation,improvement,and reinforcement.Each stage has corresponding training focus and key points to ensure the scientific arrangement of the fire safety professional physical fitness course.3.The size of training venues and the singularity of training equipment in the curriculum arrangement of vocational colleges,as well as the lack of practical training venues,have to some extent limited the development of fire physical fitness training;Especially in terms of job adaptability and physical fitness training,the situation is greatly compromised.4.The design and selection of functional fire professional physical fitness training programs and methods should be based on the nature of the work of fire rescue personnel and the characteristics of their work modes.Only by starting from reality can the physical fitness training level of fire rescue personnel be more effectively improved.5.The physical fitness training course teachers in the firefighting profession still follow the tradition of military veterans leading new recruits.Most of the fire fitness coaches are transferred from the military,lacking professional knowledge and theory.The training methods are relatively single,and the scientific nature of fire fitness training needs to be improved.There is still great room for improvement in the professional knowledge and practical ability of fire fitness instructors.6.At the initial FMS testing,the FMS scores of the experimental group and the control group were relatively low,indicating that the risk of sports injury is generally high in routine fire physical training.There are shortcomings in firefighter physical training,and the scientific level needs to be further improved.In the three stages of experimental intervention,the number of pain points in the experimental group showed a gradual decrease trend,and the physical condition became better and better,while the injury situation of the control group’s testers occasionally occurred and did not improve7.In the early stages of physical fitness testing,the 1000 meter running performance was better in the fire physical fitness test because aerobic exercises such as 3 kilometers and 5 kilometers accounted for a higher proportion of weekly physical fitness training in previous training.However,the results of push ups and standing long jumps were relatively average,indicating that the muscle endurance and explosive power of most testers were relatively average and needed to be improved.8.After the experiment,the results of the two sets of indicators were compared.The newly designed functional physical fitness training program can better improve the practical skills and indicators of fire rescue personnel compared to the traditional training program,as well as the basic physical fitness indicators.
