| The relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities is the mutual relationship formed by teachers and students in the process of education and teaching with their unique identity and status.It is also the most basic interpersonal relationship in colleges and universities,and is an important factor that continuously promotes the socialization of teachers and students in colleges and universities.The state of the teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities will be related to the success of teaching and learning,the realization of educational goals,and more importantly,related to the development of teachers and students.However,at present,with the rapid change of our country’s society,the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenges and impacts.Cultural feedback phenomenon is the product of the rapid social change,and has had a huge impact on the development of the whole society.As a new mode of cultural transmission,cultural feedback can not only affect the direction of cultural information transmission,but also affect the teacher-student relationship in the process of education,promote the reshaping and development of teacher-student relationship.This study takes the phenomenon of cultural feedback as an entry point,and provide a perspective for the construction of a new type of teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities.Firstly,through literature research,this study defines the core concepts involved in this research and develops the corresponding analysis framework,and dialogue theory and post-metaphor culture theory are selected as the theoretical basis.Taking undergraduates and teachers in Q University as the research objects.Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey and interview,the following conclusions are drawn: First,feedback willingness helps to establish a good relationship between teachers and students.The stronger the intention of feedback,the higher the satisfaction,emotional expression and affinity density of teacher-student relationship.Second,there are many contents of feedback between teachers and students but the degree of influence is relatively shallow.Students’ cultural feedback to teachers mostly stays on the surface of culture,while the influence on the core of culture is shallow.Third,teacher authority becomes the resistance of cultural feedback.Students often show a sense of indifference and powerlessness in the face of teachers’ authority.Fourth,cultural feedback becomes the strengthening agent of teacher-student relationship.Cultural feedback provides more opportunities for teachers and students to communicate,which can promote the further harmony of teacher-student relationship,and a good teacher-student relationship will be easier to occur cultural feedback behavior,thus forming a virtuous cycle.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research,this study puts forward suggestions from the level of teachers,students and colleges,and proposes principles that should be followed by all parties.Firstly,teachers should establish the concept of keeping pace with the times and face up to cultural feedback.Secondly,teachers should improve their own quality,adapt to authority change.Finally,teachers should pay attention to the subject care and develop students subjectivity.Students should first promote the way of respecting teachers and pay attention to the way of feedback.Secondly,improve the comprehensive quality,promote their overall development.Finally,dare to question,take the initiative to talk to teachers.Colleges should first create a high quality campus culture atmosphere,deepen the concept of democracy and equality;Secondly,colleges should pay attention to the construction of teachers’ ethics and learning style to promote the cooperation between teachers and students.It is also necessary to pay attention to high-level psychological needs of teachers and students and promote emotional communication between teachers and students.In the whole implementation process,all parties should follow the principles of democracy and equality,mutual understanding,mutual love and respect,openness and inclusiveness,and ultimately improve the effect of feedback education and promote the formation of authentic,conversational and humanistic teacher-student relations. |
