As a basic force of mental health education,the psychological commissioners system has been widely used in colleges and universities.Therefore,the research on the individual development and system construction of psychological committee is increasing.In order to give full play to the role of the psychological commissioners,it is necessary to clarify the competence of the psychological commissioners,which is the basis for selection and training.Most of the existing researches only focus on the competence of the psychological commissioners,but the internal influence mechanism is not paid enough attention to.The study of individual ability development can not be separated from the discussion of external environment and internal quality.Psychological commissioners can not work without its organizational environment.Therefore,it is necessary to explore whether the psychological commissioners’ perceived organizational strength has a direct impact on the building of work capacity.The new cultivation system,mechanism and method of mental health education in colleges and universities also emphasize the cultivation of students’ positive psychological quality.To sum up,this study attempts to explore whether psychological capital and coping self-efficacy play a chain-mediated role between organizational support and the competence of psychological commissioners from the perspective of their competence,and conducted the following three studies:Study 1: to develop the competency scale for Psychological commissioners.Methods: literature analysis,work content analysis,behavioral event interview,open-ended questionnaire were used to construct the model and questionnaire,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Results: the reliability and validity of the competency questionnaire for psychological commissioners were good.Conclusion: The competency questionnaire for psychological commissioners can be used as a testing tool.Study2: the scale of perceived organizational support was revised to suit the psychological member group.Methods: a suitable organizational support questionnaire was selected to revise so that the scale could be used in the psychological commissioners group.Results: the revised scale of perceived organizational support had good reliability and validity.Conclusion: the revised organizational support questionnaire can be used in clinical practice.Study3: to explore the influence of organizational support on the competence of psychological commissioners and the chain mediating role of psychological capital and coping efficacy.Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted among 366 college psychological commissioners from four universities in Jiangxi province.Results: organizational support,psychological competence,psychological capital and coping efficacy were positively correlated with each other,and organizational support could predict psychological competence directly,it can also predict the competence of psychological commissioners through the chain mediation of psychological capital and coping efficacy.Conclusion: psychological capital and coping efficacy play a chain-mediated role between organizational support and psychological commissioners’ competence.
